There's the mini's and super-mini's obviously; the Colibri Nano/Micro and the eRoll/eMini; 510's, 808's, 901's, 801's; automatic eGo's and vGo's; the Echo; and a crap-ton of others I'm missing or have never heard of.

So what's the best automatic battery set-up? Best atty/carto/clearo and battery combination? Best size and look with the easiest draw?

I use an Echo and an automatic X2 (vGo). I like them because I can fill up a 3 ml cartomizer and go all day long. But I'm just wondering if there's something easier or better out there. Anyone?

Im liking the Eroll, easy charging. you dont have to take apart to charge- take few hits and back in charging case. :)
only down fall is, it needs larger fill carts, but i see that is near future. :)
I've heard a lot of good things about the eRoll. The atomizer doesn't get too hot? And how is the draw on it?

ERoll gets extremely hot, draw is a bit tight for me. Pcc has no space for extra tanks and one tank lasts around 40 puffs for me. The battery will long outlast the tank, so be prepared to keep loose tanks or a bottle in your pocket. Ego twist + kanger t3 is the best out and about device. If you want to use a mini these are the limitations.

The general sentiment certainly seems to be that all the Cool Kids love push buttons, but I'm with you, OP. Seven months into vaping, and I still think they're just meh.

As far as I know, there are no fully automatic high-end mods on the market, but there are mods with touch sensors rather than clicky buttons, and you might find that this is a compromise that works for you. It does for me, and I just love the Saber Touch (and find it hard to resist putting in a plug for Vapor Moon!) because the sensor is so relaxed and pleasant to use.

I know there are other mods that use this technology, but I haven't used them myself. You might try a Google search for "sensor touch ecig mods" or something like that.

I think autos are good but believe something better will evolve that you might want to wait for. I love the eroll a whole lot. The only way to keep the cig a likes small is the short lived battery. But if you use the charger like an ashtray and buy extra tanks to fill in advance you get used to it all. I have to use three atteries ( buy the atty cover separate) and two PCC. And have 8 tanks filled to get through a morning. It's worth it. The size somehow makes the e juice flavor more bright and full and it's easier to create throat hit. It's well worth the learning curve figuring out what works best for you. Sometimes my battery runs out before the tank is finished and other times not. The eroll thread is long and helpful.

Ever ask yourself why there are no auto mods? Because the 510 post would need to have a hole in it for airflow. Even the "sealed" auto batteries have small slits in it to get air so the battery starts firing. This is a flawed design. Juice WILL get in there and ruin the mod, it's only a matter of time.

The little 300mAh Lipo battery will blow the socks off most other small automatic batteries.
With a 1.7ohm Reserector it is the same length as a carto tank & drip tip.

I like my Volt X2 autos. They're reasonably priced, reasonably durable, moderated battery voltage, and have a nice simple design.

YMMV. I also like my Vision Spinners (manual, VV) and my VAMO (huge manual, very heavy, VV/VW).

All things considered, the Spinners and VAMO are more adjustable, with the VAMO kicking everything else's .... in terms of power.

But for simplicity, I always return to the Volts.

Oh, dear. A new poster as picky, finicky and stubborn as I am myself.

    :D

Are you sure you're not from Maine, Brother Price?
    Ha! No, I'm afraid not. I'm just ..... ;)

The X2 auto is very good. Throw an Echo-V cartomizer on it and it'll last all day long.

That problem is easily solved in one simple step never fill cartomizers, tanks or what ever you use on the battery.
Check for leaks or over fills before you put it on the battery. Problem solved.

I am using Echo 650ma 808 autos, I still have some unsealed stick battery's that are 3 years old and still good.
