I think you've made some really good points in general about the relationship between suppliers/vendors and consumers. We, and I'm guilty as well, seem to treat our favorite suppliers/vendors like we treat our favorite sports teams and I have to wonder if that's good consumer practice.
I agree with you 100% we as consumers should expect more from our suppliers...We treat them as there the only one's in existence.....
Look at what's going on these days.... There are So called "FAN BOYS"and "FAN GIRLS" of certain Mod and Juice manufacturers....
People please remember the old saying...."You give them an inch and they will take a Yard" We treat these Mod/Juice makers like they are the best thing since sliced bread...
Now don't get me wrong i give credit when credit is do....I personally prefer one of my Mods over the others.... Which i use on everyday bases.....And the Mod manufacturer is a very humble guy...And that's one of the reason why i love that particular mod....Not Just because it was made great....And all of the other stuff that came along with it.... But the guy is Humble and down to earth...He doesn't think he's God's gift to the Mod world manufacturing.....He has great costumer Service and he has a great product.That's all it took for me to be convinced......
I also have Juice preference as well.....I like certain Juices for an all day vape and some once in a while.....But i chose to buy my Juices from someone that gives me great shipping time and excellent costumer service....But believe me... The minute that changes so will I....There more than enough Juice makers out there these days.....
I don't need no fan club to be satisfied....All I/WE need is a great product and good costumer service.....
Most of these Mod/Juice makers realy think they are "MOD/JUICE GODS" They are NOT....Some have a great product line but they lack costumer service....And some...... Well let me tell you..... Have Excellent AAA costumer service BUT their product completely and i mean completely sucks.....But that's why they actually need great customer service to begin with... And they do provide AAA costumer service i will give them that much.... But that's because they know about their product being no good.... So they provide a smoke screen...
But even though ECF members know when they purchase that particular product, it's going to be problematic.... They still buy it !!!!
Because people do nothing but rave about how great the costumer service is......
And who raves about it???? WE DO the ECF MEMBERS.....
Maybe as ECF Members we should STOP raving about how good the product/costumer service of few(or what ever the number of suppliers is) particular suppliers.... And maybe the MOD/JUICE GODS will wake up and smell the Coffee....
In conclusion We as ECF members need booth.....Great Product and Great Costumer Service......
