Yah I think this should be moved to the TV forum cause I don't think he can reply.
But that's an assumption on my part and you know what they say about assumptions!

Anyway, I think that's a good idea, Clumsy, to buy this credit from the OP. :)

If it's moved Geoff can delete it. Geoff should just start a thread in his sub forum explaining his side of the story.

I think you've made some really good points in general about the relationship between suppliers/vendors and consumers. We, and I'm guilty as well, seem to treat our favorite suppliers/vendors like we treat our favorite sports teams and I have to wonder if that's good consumer practice.
I agree with you 100% we as consumers should expect more from our suppliers...We treat them as there the only one's in existence.....

Look at what's going on these days.... There are So called "FAN BOYS"and "FAN GIRLS" of certain Mod and Juice manufacturers....

People please remember the old saying...."You give them an inch and they will take a Yard" We treat these Mod/Juice makers like they are the best thing since sliced bread...

Now don't get me wrong i give credit when credit is do....I personally prefer one of my Mods over the others.... Which i use on everyday bases.....And the Mod manufacturer is a very humble guy...And that's one of the reason why i love that particular mod....Not Just because it was made great....And all of the other stuff that came along with it.... But the guy is Humble and down to earth...He doesn't think he's God's gift to the Mod world manufacturing.....He has great costumer Service and he has a great product.That's all it took for me to be convinced......

I also have Juice preference as well.....I like certain Juices for an all day vape and some once in a while.....But i chose to buy my Juices from someone that gives me great shipping time and excellent costumer service....But believe me... The minute that changes so will I....There more than enough Juice makers out there these days.....

I don't need no fan club to be satisfied....All I/WE need is a great product and good costumer service.....

Most of these Mod/Juice makers realy think they are "MOD/JUICE GODS" They are NOT....Some have a great product line but they lack costumer service....And some...... Well let me tell you..... Have Excellent AAA costumer service BUT their product completely and i mean completely sucks.....But that's why they actually need great customer service to begin with... And they do provide AAA costumer service i will give them that much.... But that's because they know about their product being no good.... So they provide a smoke screen...
But even though ECF members know when they purchase that particular product, it's going to be problematic.... They still buy it !!!!
Because people do nothing but rave about how great the costumer service is......

And who raves about it???? WE DO the ECF MEMBERS.....

Maybe as ECF Members we should STOP raving about how good the product/costumer service of few(or what ever the number of suppliers is) particular suppliers.... And maybe the MOD/JUICE GODS will wake up and smell the Coffee....

In conclusion We as ECF members need booth.....Great Product and Great Costumer Service......

This is just my opinion....

<clapping> for redrhino........exactly how I feel. We are the buyers......without us they would not reap the benefits. Time they all started feeling that way. I like humble, I like nice, I like to trust. I also won't buy any hardware from anyone without a warranty....just my policy. I like to trust my supplier that they stand behind their product. Would you buy a new car without a warranty..of course not. Would I buy my juice if the supplier did not fulfill his part of the bargain (don't care how good the juice is)....of course not. It is my money and I will not buy from anyone where the trust factor is gone....period. The OP is entitled to a refund....pure and simple!! If you notice, he was informed of this thread and doesn't respond.....tell ya something people???? It tells me something. I don't care if I am the person buying a Cadillac...if they don't stand behind their customers and treat them right, they are just like those used car salesman in the olden days........no siree....they can have their cadillacs...I will shop somewhere else.

And something else. I respect skydragon for standing up for what she thinks is right. Too many times we let things slide.....time for accountability......there have been other issues with other suppliers popping up also lately......time we stop shoddy customer service in the bud by blackballing them. Just remember, this may happen to you!!!!!!!! Then what would you do after you defended the supplier? Think about that one.

I have seen what you are stating especially with certain mods, however I will say TV has been around a long time and this is the first complaint I have ever seen about him. I dont put TV on a pedestool however I wont be severing buis with them based on an issue that I dont know all the facts of either.

Rhino well said. All I can say is new suppliers pop up everyday and the days of one or two suppliers is over. With that said if product or customer service is not up to par their business won't be around much longer. There's just to many choices now.

Agreed harpo.....I say maybe 6 months ago we actually had no choice.... Cause there only only a handful .....But these days, there are more than enough.....

As you can see in my Post.... I don't mention any Particular Mod/Juice supplier....Including My favorite Mod/Juice.... All i did, is make a Post on my feelings...Never accused TV or any one of anything....

I have never had a problem with Tasty Vapor or Geoff but from reading on his site for awhile now I can see how things could have gotten messed up. He's had alot on his plate lately. I am by no means suggesting you don't have a gripe. I feel when you make a deal you stick by it or at leastkeep the person informed as to any problems with said deal. I hope you two come to an amicable solution.

Notified 20 minutes ago? yah it tells me somthing like maybe he is working and not at the comp right now! The Op definetly has an issue that needs to be resolved but this post is a joke.

Thank you for the clapping part......And i do agree with the rest of your post.....Especially about the used car salesman......Great analogy:)

Wow, I can understand sometimes sheet happens, to vendors also, but this whole issue started 3 months ago and TV has YET to just send the 35 bucks back with an apology. Geez. All those great reviews I read about TV just went down the drain. TV has probably already lost more than $35 that wasn't theirs to begin with, especially if they keep this up.
