I actually read this post with the intent of ripping you because I love TV. I know Geoff has had problems lately but really that isnt an excuse for this.

I would like to hear Geoffs side of the story cuz this doesnt make sense at all.
I would love to hear Geoffs side too but he never answers me.
Geoff has a geat rep and does a lot of buisness here why would he risk that for $35 bucks?
That is what I was initially thinking and one reason I gave him the benefit of the doubt. But the fact is he hasn't made good.
Anywho at this point if you have the emails and proof of what you says is true I would contact the moderators as Geoff is a registered supplier and they mediate situations like this.
I suspect that will have to be the next move since I still haven't heard from him.
If it was me at this point I would do what it takes to get my money back. It wouldnt be about the money its the point of the issue IMO.
Although I don't have thirty-five dollars to just throw away, you are right when you say it gets to a point where it goes well beyond the money issue.
You know, had it been my intent to cause Geoff trouble for some reason, I would have come onto the forum as soon as I got my bank statement. Calling him names and pointing a finger. I didn't do that. I have tried everything I know of doing to get this resolved. Quietly.
In retrospect maybe I shouldn't have been so quiet because others should probably know what you might expect it there is a problem. But as was stated, we tend to protect our vendors and maybe we shouldn't be doing that.
