Every day we grow closer to a revolution.... The beauty of the constitution is it can be changed, and if our government is no longer being for the people, then we have a right to change the government....

"...Of the Corporation, by the corporation, for the Corporation." It's past time to change this Plutocracy from Corporate Fascism to Democracy. Democracy would be cool for something different. Meat City USA. Bring On The Lucie.

You know the government will want their piece of the pie..especially since so many people are quitting cigs daily to switch to e-cigs. That means less tax money coming in from regular cigs. I expect a tax hike on nicotine solution in the future. Even though there is no special tax on vitamins or extracts from other plants. But when your the US government you dont have to make sense.

Still VERY VERY good news for all of us!!

This does seem like good news on the surface. Wonder what's going on behind the scenes?

I can see the states jumping on the tax issue of a new tobacco product and that would take some interesting calculating. Cartomozers versus juice, nicotine content and package volume would all have to be considered.

Then there is the mailing system that pretty much banned mailing cigarettes and "smokeless tobacco products" on 6/29/2010, that would be a hinder for small shipments.

Lots of wrinkles to iron out when they let this thing go live.

This is another article about the same thing. This site could use a few comments to correct some of the misinformation. It also gets a lot of views, NO. 362 acording to Aexa.

Such as:
While those who make and sell electronic cigarettes maintain the devices are far safer than smoking cigarettes, the FDA has begged to differ, noting that half of the 19 brands of e-cigarettes it sampled contained nitrosamines, a carcinogen found in real cigarettes, and many contained diethylene glycol, a poisonous ingredient in antifreeze.

my comment was:
The FDA has never said that E cigarettes are dangerous in any way. What they have said in many different and ominous sounding ways is we don't know. As far as safety goes I agree the with the FDA it doesn't it know anything. Not exactly a convincing argument that lung cancer is a better option. After 16 or more studies showing no serious side affects It's a no brainer I chose to live and vape. After over 40 years of smoking it took about three puffs to quit cigarettes.

Here is what we do know:
Deaths related to smoking 400,000 and up.
Deaths from electronic cigarettes 0. That's right zero.
