And remember that I bought MyBlu from eJuices. And their's say:

myblu™ Starter Kit Specs & Features
  • myblu™ Pre-charged for Instant vaping
  • 20 Minute Charge Time
  • 350mAh Battery
  • 1.5mL Pod Capacity
  • Universal Charging Port
  • nic salt Pods
  • Ultra-Portable
  • Mouth to Lung vaping
  • Autodraw System
It will come down to which flavor that you received, if Gold Leaf then it's freebase nic.

I mixed up a bottle of 50 mg freebase nic a few days back, burning nose would be putting it mildly. (deemed unusable till I mix it down)

It doesn't burn my nose with any of my 24mg freebase juices (about 6 of them). Just with Gold Leaf 24mg and my Strawberry Milk 50mg salt based.

But my nose says salt based. Should I send some to the lab and have it tested? And didn't Blu already admit they were going to switch to salt based anyway? Maybe the last production run could have had salt based already.

If you go to Blu's website, they are advertising Blu Intense--their salt line. So I am pretty sure the current my blu pods are freebase

True, and if you go to eJuices website for MyBlu, it says nic salt Gold Leaf (that is where I got all of mine). Maybe when stores order from Blu, they get a choice between freebase or nic salt. Or maybe it depends on the production run?

Here is something strange. I have some VapeJoose flavors. And they claim all of their nic juices uses nic salt. And I vape 24mg VapeJoose in my RDAs sometimes. Although the weird thing about VapeJoose's nic salt claim. Other nic salt I vape will burn my nose on exhale. But VapeJoose flavors doesn't.

I don’t know what to say BillW50, all the pods seem exactly the same to me, even the ones from eJuices. Fairly sure that was a mistake in the site description. Gold leaf doesn’t appear to be one of Blu’s new salt flavors. But hey, if it vapes like salt to you, it doesn’t really matter, as long as it works!

Some sites are starting to show the Blu Nic salts already, in pods and possibly 30ml bottles. They are labeled as “Intense” and come in 25 or 40mg. The pods cost $1 more than the freebase ones. Completely different flavors. Gold leaf is not available as a salt.

I’ll probably pick up a pack when they become available just to try them out, maybe the honey and cream flavor.

Well I sent off an email to eJuices early this morning asking them how they know theirs is using nic salt while other sites say freebase. It doesn't mean the one who replies will actually know what they are talking about. But it is worth a shot.
