aww man.. sorry to hear that Natasha. There have been others that this has happened to. I think there was someone that used nail polish to seal it up if it's leaking between the metal and the glass (plastic..whatever the clear is) I've got .. probably 50 nanos now (must have backup) have used 35 of them and have not had that happen yet *knocks wood*
I have had two that didn't have the juice holes in them.. no holes.. no juice to the coil.
I would suggest, since this happened right out of the package, do a help ticket on the SI site.. they're on the spot with customer service

It appeared to be leaking out of the connector, as it was soaked internally. I don't know. I've dried it out, refilled it and will see if it leaks again.

THANKS

oh.. someone I think did something monkeying around with the center post.. making sure it was seated properly.. hopefully that someone will stroll by with better instructions :)

Yes, it's def still leaking... I can see the liquid coming out the battery connection hole. Pffft.... darn it!

There should be no issue with the ticket system

Well.. perhaps I am not clicking the proper link, but from the SUPPORT page, then RETURN POLICY, then OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET, when I click SUPPORT TICKET I get a page that says the following:

Contact form is not working. We apologize for the inconvience. Please send an email to support@smokelessimage.com Note: This will submit a ticket to our Support Department. We will respond to emails anywhere from 1-48 hours later depending on volume.

So, I've emailed support, as instructed above. No biggee. It was the first link to creating a ticket that I came across on the website.

ETA: and let me add that I wasn't asking to return it, necessarily. I'd like to order more, but I also need to try to figure out why this one is leaking and if I am doing something to cause it...? Or is this just the luck of the draw, sometimes.

Sitting down, facing forward.
Natasha, sometimes it is the "luck of the draw". Various people have had everything from outstanding experiences to complete and abysmal failures from almost every delivery system out there. Don't lose hope though, there is always another day and another new delivery system to try!

Well, these little Nanos are very inexpensive, and since there is a sale going on, I ordered 10 more. The Volt system is simple and user friendly, and keeping me from smoking analogs....so I'm not giving up on it yet!
