I am pleased to announce my mega order arrived completely intact, including Zotz. I have no idea who to thank, there isn't a note written on either of the 2 invoice pages. Clark, if you can find out who filled my order, I would like to thank them. They did an outstanding job protecting the bottles.

Reminds me of a great story, when my son was born we were at the hospital all night. Early the following morning I went outside to smoke (pre vaping, he's 11 now).
As I was smoking a courier van pulled up and the driver jumped out quickly, grabbed a hand truck and threw open the back door. He grabbed a cooler out of the van, placed it on the hand truck and started sprinting towards the entrance.
As he turned to take the corner onto the side walk he caught the wheel on the curb and the cooler bounced off and skidded down the sidewalk where I was standing. As it slid by, I went to catch it/stop it and saw stickers on the cooler that said "transplant services, human organs, handle with care"
I keep trying to imagine Kent and crew's reaction when news arrived that one of the new glass bottles had been smashed in the mail. Glad the new Fort Knox packaging seems to have alleviated the Great Glass Crisis of 2014.

May I ask why you are not shipping glass bottle in boxes? Every other place I have ever ordered that uses glass bottles uses boxes, I would think shipping glass in bubble wrap envelopes is just asking for trouble.
