Of late, I have noticed many juice companies relocating to larger labs. Looking from the outside, one would think things must be going really well in the industry. On the surface they may be doing just fine. Any experienced vaper that has been paying attention to the political end of things might think differently. We all know of the struggles ahead of us in the vaping community. We all know that at some point this year the FDA will be spelling out their proposed regulations. Moving a company is a big risk even without the jargin going on in our community. Are e juice companies taking this current situation too lightly? Should they be worried about investing all kinds of money associated with the overhead of a larger operation. We all know that this industry is in trouble under the surface of its success. Most juice companies havent mentioned anything about the FDA regulation on their websites. Are they taking this too lightly? Are we taking this FDA thing too seriously? I would think the juice companies would be "rallying the troops" in effort to gain some leverage against the FDA. Any thoughts?

Vaping is not going anywhere. It may change from how we know it today but it's roots have set. A good operator will find a way to work within the existing and future regulations.

Fortune favors the bold.
I sure hope you are right. I am concerned that if the FDA has its way, we will have some pre filled cartos of tobacco and menthol flavors to choose from. If the nic content of our liquid is signifincanly reduced vapers might become less interested and there will be no room for growth in the business. If things change dramatically there may not be enough commerce for all of these great companies. I guess we will see.
