A safety inspector flat out busted me today vaping in my conex on a current construction project. Its suposed to be no vaping and smoking. He walked in to have me sign some paper work. The Vapor was pretty thick and a Provari with a Ithaka was on the table in front of me. There was a awkward moment then I picked it up and took a long vape. He looked shocked and said your not supposed to do that.

I simply replied correct. Then he said, then why would you do it right in front of me? I replied, I have enough respect for you to not try to hide and BS you and enough contempt for their no vaping policy that I refuse to follow it. He laughed and just asked that I keep it confined to my office area. Ill take it as a small victory;-)

Phew! You're one lucky guy to get a reasonable inspector. Kudos to you for being up front with him. I wonder if he vapes or knows others who do, that could have influenced his response too. Lucky you!

We just had two of our drivers terminated for vaping inside their semi trucks on our main customers property. They have adopted a zero tolerance policy and they are sticking to it. I vape while on their property but I do it in the sleeper with the curtains closed and use one of my atty's that doesn't make fog.

I caught one client of mine trying to stealth vape in an unrented office where I work. He looked like a deer caught in the headlights. Then I whipped out my MVP 2 and we've been trading e liquids with each other ever since.

I guess corporate dronism and company suck asses rule the day. Luckily at my level of construction men are still judged on ability and performance if we did not think out side of the box and over come challenges we would not get anything done!

I got a twitter account in order to play a level of Angry birds a few years ago and never used it. once you have the account, you just click the links, hit the tweet button and you are done.

Not to make light of this, but imagining someone vaping under a desk is just not working for me ...

I agree with the fight for freedoms, those freedoms we hold dear apply to business owners. They get to make the rules in their place of business. Right or wrong unfortunately the rule applies both ways. The grown up thing to do is obide by the rules or like real grown ups - don't get caught and if you do you knew the risks going in. Those same business do not want to get caught where they are favoring one group of addicts over another.
