I get 1-2 days or 1/3 fills of 5ml juice before I see a noticeable drop-off in BVC coil performance with vapor and flavor. I have tried vaping different juices (Dark light heavy VG low VG etc) at wattage between 10-15W it doesn't seem to make a difference.... Curious to hear how people are going a week or two weeks on the same coil unless maybe you just don't care or don't notice the drop-off?????

I have been using the same coil for exactly 2 weeks today- same flavor of juice the whole time....still going strong. Flavor is the same now as it was when the coil was fresh. And, trust me, I'd notice if this was happening to me...AND care...a lot! But I see you're vaping at 10 - 15 watts...that may be the problem. I vape with the BVC coils at about 7 watts. You could try lowering your wattage and see if they don't last you longer. You don't have to go as low as I do, of course but this should at leats help.

The bad BDC coils was the reason I switched to Kayfun. I have a few BVC coils and there's one in my Nautilus now. I vape it here and there, but my daily vape is the Kayfun just because I can control the coil design and change the wick every couple of days during a refill.

All the reports on the BVC coils have been very positive. There may be some fakes out there that are taking the shine off the reviews.

using a kanger single coil i rebuilt into BVC....

to be honest the "drop off" of this seems to be asbackwards.... the first 2 days it was just minuet vapor/flavor. then it spontaneously started chucking vapor and i could actualy taste my juice.

i use 50/50 juice thats light in flavor and is a light orangish tan in color
vape at 8-11W depending on my mood
1.8ohms - cotton

Didn't you post earlier this week that you loved these coils so much that you were dumping all the rebuildable tanks in your arsenal ?
I'm using them @ 4.3-4.5 volts. If my math is correct that would be 10.2 - 11 watts. Vape quality and flavor are spot on. Just dropped a new coil and opened a fresh bottle of Castle Long Reserve.
Using 4 different tanks.

Yes I was and I still love them I just have to replace them almost every other day. I think 10-11W will work for me 8W does not just wished the coils lasted longer but they might if I dial it down they rock it at 15W just fine but it seems to kill the coil life

I'm getting 7-10 days consistently out of them. Vaping 59/50 juice. Medium Amber color or lighter. As soon as I get any change in flavor I dump the coil.
What power source are you using?

1) What strength juice is everyone using with these?

2) Is anyone else having a little trouble with these things popping juice in your mouth?

I ask because I am using 18mg juice of varying ratios of PG/VG @ around 8 watts and I occasionally get some hot juice popped on my tongue. Since I chain vape I'm developing a sore tongue with these and also just a little sore lip where my drip tip always goes. Now the flavor on these things is AMAZING and I love the long life on them, but my tongue is starting to suffer.

Also, I think I am getting more nicotine with these and possibly in a different way?? Anybody ever try to quit smoking with the patch? Remember the vivid dreams caused by increased nic blood levels at night during REM sleep? Well since I have started using the new coils, I am having similar instances. You think maybe I am ingesting nic as well from the juice pops?

I've been doing a lot of testing in trying to find out the cause of my BVC issues, and I think I was getting some bad coils online. They even checked out with the scratch test. But I started using some slightly more expensive ones from the only shop I trust who gets the semi directly from Aspire and they are noticeably better. I've also started getting them from Sun-Vapers.com, (which are pretty well priced) and they appear to be better as well.

I think there are a lot of variables here, but I'm doing around 10-11 watts on my MVP, and all is well for now. But I would suggest paying a bit more, or at least order from a few different vendors to find out which ones are best. Best of luck OP....these little guys are hit and miss, but when they hit, they're great.
