Califonia SB882 Passed 9 for and 0 against

I have been watching this bill closely and the vote for it was yesterday and from what i can tell it passed. making it Illegal to sell Electronic Cigarettes to Minors in California. I totally support this, however what I am unclear about it that the new law says that if you are busted twice selling tobacco or E-cigs to minors then your license will be revoked?? So does this mean now that all E-cig suppliers in California must now go out and get license to sell tobacco? Online, or In the Mall, or in a store?? any one want to read this bill over and put there two cents in ??

A 9 for 0 vote doesn't sound like a full vote of the senate. Perhaps it passed 9/0 out of a committee.

I don't know what to say about that last part. Did they add anything that says it's also illegal for the any government agency to implant those pesky micro chips inside us. You know they can be so painful and annoying.

NO HUMAN CLONING?!?!?!? OH NO......let me guess - the FDA did testing: they tested twelve, (or was it sixteen-whatever) -human clones and in one of the clones they found a chemical agent which is also used in................8-o ANTIFREEZE!!! Holy BatCrap, Batman, time to get in the Batmobile and cruise on down to California and stop this human cloning before the Riddler gets ahold of the technology - he uses ANTIFREEZE on his Cheerios!
