So the good people at Provape (and they are tremendous) contacted USPS (United States Postal Service) and they suggested that I contact the Canada Customs Border Services Agency. Well what I got was a completely circular phone message system that finally got me to the message that said to call Customer Service at Canada Post.
Well at Canada Post I actually spoke to a live human being who was pleasant, courteous and helpful. She checked my tracking number and the Canada Customs Border Services Agency data base for delays (no it didn't have the status of each individual package) which said that there was only a 4 day delay.
So the only other rationale that could be offered was that the least little error on the paperwork would cause the item to be flagged.
As to what's next ask USPS to do a trace...... Somehow I think that will just get us back to Canada Post Customer Service.
