To say that I am a big fan of Catfish Atty mods is a bit of an understatement. Currently have over 20 of Tom's conversions going back to the 1st Reactors. For those of you who may view this as an attempt to suck up, anyone who knows me knows that homey don't play that. I merely calls'm as I sees'm. Tom and I ran into a bit of a snafu earlier today and the man bent over backwards to make things right. The Chowderhead has single handedly opened up an entire new arena to the world of squonking. For this I am personally grateful. Now if you wish to view this as a testament to his dedication and customer service, you have then certainly hit the nail on the head. Catfish Atty mods? Oh Hell yes!

Not to mention I ordered 6mg nicotine today because the 12 is too much for me now. Awesome because I was stuck on 12 for almost a year.

Hear you Steve....I did the same...the Manta is in your face dense flavor.

First couple vapes with 12 mg and I was seeing things......:w00t:

So dense. This is the first atty I've ever owned that, 3 days after receiving it, I still have the first wicks in em. No coil adjustments, no different ohm builds, no desire to try this juice or that juice so changing wicks...nothing. both Mantas same thing. I'm just now settling on my Vector setup for instance. But the Manta...I know the coil placement can be better...I want to try this juice and that juice...but there's all the time in the world. Both cure and wakonda are the best I've ever tasted them, and until those wicks are in need of changing, it just ain't happening.
:D

Indeed......:)

Wakonda never tasted so good in any tanks I own, including high end.

Learned a hell of a lot from you folks about squonking, me and tanks are officially divorced.

Ordered two more BF mods yesterday.

You guys are well on the way to converting me to squonking only since I got my 1st reo a couple of weeks ago I'm barely touching my other mods. CH bf atties are perfect loving my derringer and vector both and i believe a stumpy will be in my future.

Thanks inspects!

Tom, what's the word on these Mantas everyone is raving about? More runs coming?
JDTech has told me the 22 I just got was the last of them. I will be pressuring them to make more, I can be VERY persuasive. Most atty companies have zero interest in me selling their products because I don't have a Vape Shop as well as the fact that I'm chopping up their products. You wouldn't believe how hard I had to fight to get the first run of Derringers or worse yet the Marquis. The Marquis required 10+ hours on the phone with Cisco.

Revisiting an old topic:

Received an email from Smog Distribution - they expect to receive Hastur RDAs early this week. Hopefully I'll have my preorder shortly. This one may have a future. Clean little top air atty, to my eye.

Hastur RDA [Cthulhu Mod] - Smog Distribution

I'll keep ya posted.

Let us know how that goes, I'm hoping it's as good as it looks. If the quality is there maybe Tom will change his mind about ordering a bunch of 'em.

That one does look really nice. deck looks similar to the derringer except the split positive block. What interests me the most is the small design but with the option for single coil

Yeah, fingers crossed for quality. At the price, Tom could order 'em retail and mark up from there. We don't care, right guys?

Beez, it's a dangerous thing! Two months ago, I didn't own a squonker. I owned 5 attys, only one of which ever got used. Now I'm in the market for a custom mod holder and an atty holder. ;) The peeps on this thread are amazing; they tolerate my not-so-bright questions, and offer as much help as anyone could want. And Chowder is -- well, he's Chowder. Which is about as high an accolade as one can bestow!

Morning folks. Just want to say I'm really looking forward to the cam-m. I recently ordered velocity and vector Clones to see how I like those two. I'm sad to report that the vector and I just don't get along. The same could be said for my experience with the manta. Built both several times trying different configurations and I've come to accept that I just don't prefer top air atties. That said I was very pleasantly surprised by the velocity. Built it with some Clapton wire that I purchased pre made from youde. Now I've never considered myself a cloud chaser, but this thing is outstanding. The flavor is quite good but what puts me over the top is the warmth and sheer volume of vapor it produces. The only problem being I have to throw it a ton of power to get there. Running it at around 60 watts on my regulated box. This would be awesome on a squonker but to get a similar experience I figure I would have to build around 0.2 or so to get similar wattage and I just don't think the reo would appreciate that, but I have a feeling it would be a knock out combo paired with the cam.

Sorry for the long post, just my way of asking if we're close to getting the cam in our greedy paws...

Ditto LittleBird...now have eight squonkers and a tackle box for atty's.

The tanks have been placed in the isolation ward.....:)

Wish someone would have taken me by the ear and said "try this", you'll thank me later.
