One of these days I am going to pay attention to how much and how often. I was a mindless smoker, so I guess at times a mindless vaper. I like to drip occasionally for plus flavour but strong nic ie 18 mg makes me hack so I dilute down to 3 or 4 mg/ml but because I realized I was buying ready made a little too fast I decided to DIY
a) to know what was in my juice b)it's ultra cheap once set up c) to see if I could do it d) cause the kiddies think it's cool that an old duck can DIY or build a coil-I work in a locked facility for the not criminally responsible and bonding sometimes requires the cool factor-smile
oh I suppose I should get around to trying out the nic test kit I bought and actually pay some attention to some of the factors of smoking cessation of course I have only been a non tobacco consumer less than three months -from a solid 40 year pad plus -unashamed, guiltless - tobacco consumer who had absolutely no concept of being addicted to anything until someone said I was. I do think I am addicted to coffee though.
Tobacco addiction -don't know -maybe but never did make any efforts to cut back , cut down etc for past 33 years , started smoking about 1965 quit for five years when kids were little from about 1978 to 1983 and never bothered even considering quitting again until a few months ago when circumstances kind of pointed me in the vaping direction. I do say I prefer vaping to tobacco it tastes better and at $13.00 a pack vaping and DIY is considerably cheaper and I am oppositionally defiant enough to be delighted to be able to deprive the Government of my additional $68.00 weekly cruelty tax.
I take every opportunity to vape my little Istick every where I can and make certain I exude a look of intense satisfaction in the vape to renormalize a sense of individual pleasure - Um maybe I have become particularly defiant with advancing age. This is good, this is liberating, I like it.
