Hey guys, as you know we received the sleeves yesterday..Finally!

The sleeve measures 78.95mm length 16.82 inside diameter. Thread pitch 7.14 mm. Making only battery room for 64.67 in length add on 2 o rings to fill the 1.5mm gap on each side will give another 3mm in total reverting it back to it's original length.

Using 2 protected cr123a, if we screw it on just right, that leaves 1.5mm on each side. This can be solved by using two o rings on each side of the
Extension tube. I'm going out for them today. For the 17670 side, we can either use the unprotected version or a Protected 14670 1800. I like the Aw14670 because AW is rated as the Best batteries all around.

Our TrustFire Protected 17670 3.7v 1800mah will Not fit the Sleeve. We are looking into ordering either unprotected 17670 or the AW 14670.
With 'O' rings on the unit 2 protected cr-123a/16340 3.0 volts or 3.7 can be used. However 3.7 is not recommended unless you have an atomizer that has sufficient resistance. We only supply 6 volt atomizers. Perhaps this gives us the reason to supply higher rated atomizers. We just like the 6 volt because they work on 3.7 beautifully.

The sleeves are now available along with Chameleons, as are the Ultrafire 3.7volt Cr-123a and Cr-123a 3.0Volts.
If there's any questions please don't hesitate to ask. I just want to keep all this info out in the open.

Pretty much! Just your replacement will be bigger. The "blank" stands 3 inches. What should we call it now? Hmm I wonder how much beating the Chameleon can take. Anyone have one that they want to test ahem sacrifice? j/k!

What!8-o You're turning my Chameleon into an Iguana?

Well bigger , longer lasting and less insectavorious I can live with. Crickets aint cheap anymore:)

I'm happy to report that the extension works just fine with my Tenergy RCR123a 900 batteries.
We're happy to hear it!! Are you using LifePo4 Jeannie?
:w00t::w00t::w00t: Just retrieved the Chameleon extended BODY from the mailbox! Batteries haven't finished charging yet, so it looks like the Iguana will have wait til after lunch for it's inaugural vape.:thumb:

Woo Hoo! Yea Racer!! Rock it out good buddy!

I was thinking the same thing, but to be able to match the Chameleon's threading, it would look kind of bulbous. I was contemplating on the same thing ;) Did you ever get around to breaking out the ol lathe?

I don't own a lathe, but I do know several machinists from when I worked at Fastenal.

Wow thats a big place, nice site.
Hmmm Racer, I'm starting to teeter on my manufacture for project Infinity. Are you "in" pretty good over there?
Darn, theres someone here that has a lathe! lol

No longer "in", I burnt that bridge big time since they burnt me.

Learning curve is in effect. I just fried 2 810 attys at 6V dripping:mad:, so I'm gonna have to try my 4.5Ω 810's next. Cartos are meh on flavor.
