Can I ask a favor? Drop your svd the same way and get a protank base stuck in it.

Bet they wont repair it as cheap and it might even be physically damaged to the point of no repair possible.

With the cost of repair the provari he just can buy a new SVD if got his damage for $37 at FT no need to repair, oh a brand new one again,, in fact for the price of a provari he can by like 8 SVD

lol im trying to bite my tongue here.
but from testing the nivel mods seem to be the only ones with regulation that can match the provari.
the chip inside the provari is proprietary and is called accuset.
it continually monitors the output voltage at the atomizer and self calibrates to make sure "what you set is exactly what you get"
at this point the provari blemished are running around 140 (with the same 1 year warranty) and even cheaper in the classies. i hade the whole board replaced in a broken one i picked up for almost nothing. for i think it was $65? cant remember.

it isnt fancy, it isnt a looker, but im on the industrial side of things and i hate buying things that cant hold up, mods, bikes, guitars doesnt matter unless its very cheaply priced. I really like knowing my mod hit the ground and my reaction is "omg i hope the tank is ok"

this is like the cellphone fights, if you like something so be it. if we all looked for the same features there would be 2 phones for sale.

for an extra 20 or so you can get a two year warranty. after that repairs are very cheap. most well under 30 bucks, and IF they upgrade something they offer chip upgrades in the 30 dollar range. there is more versatility in the customer service end then others like to admit. youll be lucky if they still make svd's in 6 months.

Thanks for popping back in! I haven't seen much info out there on the Nivel yet. Though, I get the same superior vape that I get when using the Provari. So for you to mention that the Nivel tests well, I am not surprised. The best part about the golden age of vaping is all the choices!! There is something for everyone!

You know I was thinking of getting a ProVari, but you make a compelling argument. It would be nice to have 8 SVD's sitting in front of me with different flavors loaded up. Hmmmmmm... back to the thinking chair...

the nivel is very big in EU, made in russia/germany and no real US distributors it doesnt get much traction here on the other hand the DNA20 is right here, everyone knows it and has a much larger fan base here.
all the tests i saw on the chip were done on a german forum and the scope and measurements were impressive enough for me to want one and then add the industrial design and modular construction of the semovar? pure win to me.
and im sure with the way they sell out in a couple hours every release they arent worried about trying to flood the US market either.

No need for 8 SVD, just a few diferent one, so a little of everithing, in this picture i think i have 1/2 the price of a provary and love all of them, just pick one that match your shirt that day, LOL dont get me wrong provari is a solid mod but is now outdated and overpriced, they are lots of new mods with exellent outcome for 1/8 the price

BTW. my SVD is my favorite, thinking now geting the new KMAX is a very good looking one.

An SVD might be a good backup to my Provarii but, I really doubt one would survive more than a week with me. Drop one form horseback into a pile of horse dung, drop it off your roof, toss it in the washing machine, then dump it in the kitchen sink - now does it still work (broken tank aside)?

I'll keep my scratched, ugly but well used Provarii.

Just watched P. Busardo's review. I'm sold. One thing, though. Does he have tiny hands, or is the ProVari that big?

This is a ProVari mini with a standard cap in-between a 1000mAh Twist and a 650mAh eGo

And this is a full-sized and a mini (standard caps)
