Shawn, I've never gotten into RDAs, can't be bothered with having to add liquid on a regular basis. I wind my coils on blunt hypodermic needles, OK you can use the real thing but you'll stick yourself. I also use rayon for wick and it works out well and is cheaper than dirt, like me. Just have at it.
I said I would never drip.

I said I would never build.

I said all I needed was my pair of eGos and a couple decent capacity tanks.

What happened?!?

You got the bug. When I started I wrote a long comment about not wanting to use something that looked like the pressure relief valve for a high pressure steam vessel. Now I'm sitting here with five of them within arms length and waiting for some parts to build three more custom ones And that doesn't include the ones in my office. My office desk is no longer my office desk, it's rebuild and mixing central. Even the drawers are full of vaping stuff not to mention what's stashed underneath. Lucky my keyboard is on a roll-out mount under the desk. It takes me fifteen minutes to clean it off enough to be able to pay bills, which really isn't all that important any way, LOL.

You have quite the collection, Shawn. Smokeless Image is great!

Looks like I branched out from my two Provaris to have one Istick Eleaf [hot pink], one Vamo [red] [it's in the mail] and one Zmax [also red and also in the mail].

The one area I went off the deep end on is mixing my own juice. I love how cheap it is to make it myself! Plus, I like my flavors. And all the pretty blue bottles.

I figure even if I did lose my two year old Provari, I am so far ahead of the game on money from not smoking, I don't mind buying a few new toys.

I keep telling myself how much I've saved versus cigarettes. I can't seem to believe it though when I look at my collection of stuff. Without my 78mm/CE3s I would be in trouble though, everything else needs at least one hand to use. They're the only ones that can go truly hands free.

Wonderful! I bet it wasn't as bad as he thought it'd be, and now he's protected against any future exposure. Building the house, he's likely to get more cuts and scrapes. What did the doctor say about the puncture wounds? I hope they don't get infected. I think periodic soaking in warm water with Epsom salts dissolved in it might fend that off.

Doctor? What doctor? He got his tetanus shot at Kroger. For those of you that don't know what a Kroger is, it's a grocery store chain.

Good night, all. Photobucket is acting strange, so I hope this spring photo turns out.

Lovely! I want to see those in my yard-not VERY soon! The sooner, the better.

Good morning, Voltpeeps.

Looks like it will be a fairly nice day here. The recording says I can burn today. If I get the burning done, I will be happy to still be alive:) I have to do some weed whacking and raking to be able to do the burn.

I will do nothing else for the rest of the day.

Sounds like you thawed out a little, Awsum.

How about the rest of you? Is it warming up for you guys, too?

T'was 0 degrees when I got up at 5 a.m. It's up to 4 now. :grr: The high will only be 18. Nope. I wouldn't say it's warming up.

We're not going to see the sun until about next Tuesday but the temps aren't that bad. It's not going to quite reach my age today so it's indoor activities but tomorrow is 74 and climbing steadily. Next Tue is 84 with 8" of sunshine.

:glare:

The snow never really happened here. Now the sun is playing peek-a-boo and we're up to a warm 35 and climbing. Maybe some more of the !#^%!^ ice will melt today.

Here's a cute one I got in an email -

Gotta love those grand-kids ..

I was drinking coffee and eating breakfast with my 10-year-old Granddaughter and I asked her,
What day is tomorrow?"
Without skipping a beat she said, "It's Presidents Day!" ..
She's smart, so I asked her "What does Presidents Day mean?" ..
I was waiting for something about Obama, Bush or Clinton, etc.
She replied, "Presidents Day is when the President steps out of the White House, And if he sees his shadow, we have another year of Bull Crap."
You know, it hurts when hot coffee spurts out your nose!

(edited for content, LOL)

Same thing that happened to most of us, I reckon. And frankly, as long as it keeps us away from cigarettes, any road we take is the right one.

Sounds an awful lot like my desk, only I don't have a roll-out keyboard mount. I have to take it off of my desk completely. From the looks of my desk, I'd say that these these are breeding and multiplying in the night while I sleep.

Ugh! So all the snow was literally right above me and all I got was freezing rain. :( If it is going to be freezing cold why can't I have some snow? At least with snow your house gets sort of insulated (like an igloo) and its a little warmer. So when is the trip to Tahiti or are we going down to florida now? :D

I was watching that storm and wondering if you were getting hammered. Sorry that you got the icky stuff rather than the white fluffy stuff. :( I'm thinking that Florida is more economical than Tahiti. And closer. So Wuzz ... how many guest rooms do ya have? ;)

It's a really balmy 21 and some snow is lightly falling. It won't amount to anything, thankfully, since it's just some snow showers blowing through. I think we will start to see some slow, very slow, warming from here on out. The next scheduled weather mess is snow/mix/rain changing to all rain and is supposed to start Sunday night but the temps are supposed to get into the 40's. Wednesday is supposed to be in the mid 50's but with rain. That'll feel like summertime, time to break out the shorts and t-shirts again, LOL.

Florida, Tahiti, Arizona, Baja, Belize...anywhere warm with some sun! Sorry you only got freezing rain, Celt, but at least you don't have to shovel it although, if it's as thick as what is in our driveway, you might have to chip it away.

Had a great time with Terry Wednesday and Thursday. It's not that easy to find a female friend that enjoys doing the same things that I do. Like woodworking. We learned how to use an electric hand planer for one of her projects and I'm working on a small mod holder for my studio. She also was subjected to her first Sketchup lesson. And, I did some mat cutting and framing for her.

Thursday morning, I made her homemade donuts. Made from the kind of bisquit dough that you buy in rolls. It doesn't sound good, but they are really yummy. It was a family tradition for me to make them over the campfire before we moved here. Donut day was always special.

Just one guest room rave, but lots of tents, cots, sleeping bags and plenty of food.

I can bring my own tent and camping gear. I love camping in Florida. Especially in February when it's not so danged hot. Hmm ... we could all go to the Myakka River and canoe with the alligators!! I'd love to do that again. Ahhh, just blue-skying.

Love the Myakka. My Bride was with the Florida Park Service. We used to go over there and spend the weekend with the resident Ranger once in a while. Free rides on the worlds largest airboat etc. Happy times. You could just about walk across that river stepping on gator backs and not get your feet wet lol.

It would be amazing to live so close to the Myakka. For those of you that never read my Florida blog: I went canoeing there with four other artists in two canoes. The canoe that I was not in got rammed by a gator when we came around a bend too fast. The canoe sank. After they got back to the shore, that's when they realized that they'd have to go back into the water (with the gators) to retrieve the rented canoe. It was great! And you're right, Wuzz. Those gators were virtually wall-to-wall.

That's the big disadvantage of warmer climates, alligators and bugs. I hate a roach that's the size of a rat.

The bugs are a BIG disadvantage in the warmer months. I was always there in February. Not many bugs around then. I never even had to deal with skeeters. The biggest disadvantage that I see is the same thing that I'm jealous of now - the heat. I'd never be able to handle that in the summer. The gators aren't a disadvantage though. :D
