I'm super broke right now, I don't DIY lquid(yet), and I'm not verified to go to the classifieds.

If I had the $ I'd get the mvp and about a million mini clearos and lotsa my favorite juice(Desert Joe and 555) then I'd haul my sorry self over to Wizard Labs and buy the works and probably make a complete mess but I think I have enough of the Volt juice bottle to mix about 15 thirty mL bottles of liquid.

I placed an order to Wizard a few days ago. I don't have enough retired flavorings yet to get rid of. In an idle moment last night, I applied for verified status.

Good morning, peeps.

Following along on the thread over the weekend. Loved the kid with the chocolate cake.

Hubby and I put up the two stall shelter this weekend.

First we had to move Nevada to the round pen, then Wiseguy to Nevada's pen and the goats to Wiseguy's pen. The goats are staying in Wiseguy's pen.

Now we could remove the fencing, the T-posts and the rest of the concrete foundation that was around the edge of the goat hut. I bent all the pokey wires that were tying the wire fencing onto the T-posts so that nobody would get their eye poked.

We took a break and noticed the goats were very restless. I figured out they were worried about their goat toy. They like to run up there if they feel they are in danger. We had to move the goat toys [which we made repairs to while they were outside the pen. The goats are a little too helpful when the tools come out.]

We worked on the two stall shelter and finished up just in time as my arms were soooo tired. We had been going since 8am and now it was after 3pm. We got the rails and gate up. We installed the feeders and the water trough. We added food and water. Then, it was time for the big horse move.

I brought Wiseguy in and Hubby went out to the round pen and brought Nevada from the back area into the new horse palace. We sat in chairs in the shade to see how the horses would do together. It went pretty smoothly.

Nevada strutted around a bit. Then Wiseguy started running and bucking and showing off. So cute and that horse can catch some air. We had a few minor scuffles with Wiseguy saying "Hey, wanna get kicked cause I can kick ya." A few minor bites and a bit of kicking and they called it a truce.

They are still settling who will be ultimate boss but, so far, Wiseguy is winning.

I went out after dark to make sure the water was off Saturday night and they were both in a stall together. So cute.

Sunday, although we were both pretty tired, we had to get the tin roof on the shelter. It went pretty smoothly. We took a long lunch after three panels. Then, back outside to finish up the last five panels. The horses now have a roof over their heads.

We will be doing plywood in a month or two. We have other projects to do and I really need to wait to spend more money on this. The new shelter looks nice and does give them shade. We have some details to finish up like peeling back more of the side fencing and installing rails instead of the wire. We think we will leave the railroad tie fence post in and let them use it as a .... scratcher.

I suspect they will be a lot happier penned together. Happy for you that you finally got that project done. Sounds like you got quite a workout.

You worked hard! I admire your stamina. When it's finished, I want to see pictures. In spite of scuffles, I think the horses will be happier together. That's how horses want to be, since they are programmed to be in a herd. They are also programmed to have scuffles to establish a hierarchy, so unless it gets really violent, they are doing what comes naturally, so let them work it out. If they were in a shelter together, then I think they have figured it out already.

The horses were playing/fighting this morning as the sun came up. Nothing too violent. However, Wiseguy has some of Nevada's hair hanging out of his mouth. Once the food showed up, they called a truce. There are two feeders but they feel they have to eat out of one feeder together. Go figure.

You'll be glad whan you get verified. Then you can make some money selling those things you don't use anymore so you can buy more stuff. I sold $77 worth of stuff yesterday and turned around and bought a $75 RBA that generally sells for $130+ and it's one of my favs. My credit score is 83 so you can see that I buy and sell a lot in the classys. I need to stop looking in there.

I decided to mow my lawn today since my neighbor mowed his yesterday and made mine look worse. It is sunny and 55 so I had no excuse but it didn't help my wrists any. I figured I should mow today since I have my first PT appt tomorrow.
