Your nearest hydrogen bomb.
I can see, those are corrective glasses because i see blue color a little more than other colors so when you have a blue sign with yellow or white letters and it's on some distance i see only blue.
By sharpening sight just a little bit and have ultra blue filter on the lens i see perfect even at long distances.

You are incorrigible, as usual, Tritium.

He is a cute puppy and terriers are docked so they have just a little bit of a tail. You are supposed to be able to pull them out of a hole by the tail if they go in after a badger or something like that.

We may not be picking up until the 23rd since some people in California are getting a puppy, as well, and the puppy could be driving our way. Save us some drive time and a hotel bill. Of course, they will want some gas money so it isn't all savings but I looked and a hotel near them is $101....ouch. Still, in a larger town not too far away it might be cheaper.

moanin' Voltatics.

Bo has a docked tail and I've often though it would be nicer if he didn't. It's a lot easier to see the mood of a dog when the tail is wagging away. Then, I remember he's kind of big and, if he had the full tail, all of our knick knacks on the tables would be dust by now.

Tritium, I was going toask if you got a new job checking out "dress" then realised that's always been one of your sideline occupations, or is that pre-occupations

I like a docked tail...no worries about slamming a tail in the door by accident...no problem with stuff on the coffee table getting knocked off...I've had dogs with long tails, in fact the girls have long tails but we haven't got a coffee table although I am afraid that one day I will accidentally get a tail caught in a door.

Penny had a docked tail and so does Rusty [although theirs were/are both natural bobotail] and I think it is cute. Rusty wiggles his tail and he has a flag on it so that always makes me laugh. He'll do it on command "Wiggle your tail."

A docked tail prevents the tail from being damaged when in the field. A real concern for some breeds that chase vermin and such. The tail end can bleed and be messy. I cleaned for a couple of people whose dogs would get blood spots on the walls from the dog tails.

If working on a high tower, to be able to identify a truck coming up the road. Of course, the pre-occupation would be eased if he found the appropriate woman. Would like to see that man married.

LOL Yeah right.
There are plenty "mommy's" or "daddy's" guys or rich enough guys for women so i guess i would be the last option.
But i don't care anymore so no problem.

Took me 15 years to find Hubby. Not the richest guy but we get along good enough and we are happy. Don't give up all hope. I actually sort of liked being on my own but team work helps both hubby and I have a better life so I am glad I finally found him.

Interesting arrangement, but a rather destructive "test". The output was very good though. Things are definitely improving pretty quickly in the LED bulb world at least.

I'm still slowly replacing all the bulbs in the house with LEDs. I hate the "Curly Fried Lightbulb". Crappy light, especially if they get cold, and an "environental hazard" if one breaks due to the mercury inside. I also tink that, overall, the LED is more efficient and will last a heck of a lot longer.

Good morning, Voltpeeps.

Looks like the other puppy peeps are having their dog shipped to them by airplane. Hubby says he doesn't mind driving up so next weekend they are going to get my puppy.

We were talking about how cute Rusty was when he was a baby. Everyone kept saying he looked like a little bear. So cute. A little Fozzy Bear.

Independence Mall, The Constitution Center just to name two. Oh yeah, don't forget the Art Museum where the Rocky statue once stood. Should I cook for an extra person tonight, Tritium? It's only tube steak with baked beans though, no steak and shrimp tonight.

I knew you were using "streetview", but the dinner is always available! It's not too long a walk, a few km, and the weather here is good for a walk like that, cool, low wind and kind of cloudy. Don't forget to get a "Philly Cheesteak" along the way :)
