Good morning, Voltpeeps.

I got up way too early! Then I did nothing. It was a chilly 26 degrees outside. Brrrr!

I hung out by the woodstove until I couldn't put off feeding the critters any longer. I bundled up and fed them fast.

Back to the woodstove for a good toasting.

That's probably all I am going to do all day

Celt - If someone has the right parts for you, take them! Otherwise, they will just sit in a box at the back of a cabinet for several years. You will be putting it to good use and relieving someone of entering a hoarding situation

I finally talked Hubby into letting me give the dishes to charity. I don't want to sell them to some weirdo on Craigslist. Not worth the small amount of money I would be getting. I definitely try to NOT be a hoarder.

I have a 10 meter vertical antenna, still up, but I haven't done any radio in quite a while. That antenna will work on the 10, 12, 17 and even 20 meter ham bands. It will also work on the CB 11 meter band. It's a "broadband" antenna, but is most efficient on 10, 11 and 12 meters.

Oh, and Awsum, when I became a ham, I gave up CB.

Yeah, CB went by the wayside pretty quickly for me as well, way before I got a ham license. Hope you used a tuner on that 10 meter antenna when working that far out of band with it or reduced power just a "tad", LOL.

Yup, I use a tuner and I don't have an amplifier.

The King James translation of the Bible was first published in 1611. It was sponsored by the Protestant King James of England. Many fundie Protestants use only that translation, believing it to be the only accurate Bible in any language.

I think I get what you mean. But I like the King James version of the Bible. It reads a bit like Shakespeare. I think the more modern translations lose something of the poetry. Also, the King James version as I know it is a more modern one than originally written, it seems. See ECCLESIASTES 2 PARALLEL KJV and 1611 KING JAMES VERSION
