Awsum - I can deal with the back pain for now. Have been for years anyhow. It's just worse. Eventually it will need to be surgically remedied. Bummer.
Sandy, James Cameron is so cool! From Terminator 2 to Avatar. That man is a Genius!! I love every movie I saw that was directed by him.
Looks like it was just James' brother, John, who was the shady one. Just from what I was seeing.I did some more research on him, and lo & behold, he and his brother were involved in something shady with ecigs! What a small world! See Who should we blame for the failure of Safe Cig? John Cameron? for instance.
I am so glad your doimg and feeling better! Yay! That is wonderful news! I will keep you in my thoughts and prayersHiya Folks,
Thanks so much for all of the thoughts and vibes and prayers. Sumthin's workin' cuz I am feeling better. The wings on my back are so much better that I think The Hug may be gone. I actually slept last night which is a big departure from the norm. My biggest complaint is that Righty (my right hand) refuses to cooperate. There is no grip. Can't even make a fist. That hand is almost always cold in spite of exercise and massage. Had to pay bills yesterday and today. I can't write without two hands and the result looks like something produced by a two year old. I called my bank to warn them about these checks. :-/ Tomorrow I see my neurologist. We'll see what he says about Righty. On Friday I get another MRI. Yeehaw - what fun. During the last MRI I was having horrible hallucinations. Not looking forward to it, but I'm not on crazy narcotics now. Anyhow, I'm much better. BTW - Uncle does still need vibes and prayers. Just sayin'.
I love that prayer box idea! I grew up going to church, and a couple of the churches had prayer boxes, and I always thought it was wonderful.I'm really glad you are feeling better, Rave! Of course, I can't think of anything to say that hasn't been said, so I'll just keep the good thoughts headed your way. That goes for Uncle and the Wuzzes, too!
Once I put someone on my 'list', they are there permanently. Seriously, I have a little box and write names on tiny scraps of paper, and into the box they go. There is no escape from the box, once I put a name in, it doesn't come back out! If I've read of any problems any of you or yours are having, you are in the box and thoughts and prayers are sent for the people, animals, situations, all at once. Not very conventional, I know, but it works for me.
I'm pretty sure all of Voltville is in the box by now.![]()
Absolutely so cool!!!! You are a lucky gal to have a pair of bald eagles on your property. Before y'all go and start feeling sorry for me - these are two of the three bald eagles now living here:

Hugs and goodluck vibes! The box idea is great. I have an internal box where I keep all of those that are in my heart. They are always in my thoughts.
Yesterday I west to the neurologist. we now have an EMG scheduled for Righty. He has referred me to an Orthopedic Surgeon for my back. AND this morning I have an MRI. The cervical and thoracic regions will be scanned for new MS lesions and the lumbar region will be scanned for degeneration. BTW - when I had the MRI in the hospital of my head they said that I had no new brain lesions. YAY! So ... the Copaxone is doing a great job. Better go get ready. But ... I don't wanna!
Those are gorgeous! I forgot to include the first time, that you are lucky! Lol I have only ever seen one in the wild and one at the game farm as a kid. Before y'all go and start feeling sorry for me - these are two of the three bald eagles now living here:

Three Bald Eagles! Heck, I'd be happy to see one up here. They are down in Delaware but I've never seen one up this far, yet. Maybe someday is the wind is just right.

That is a pretty robin! I love birds! Not as dramatic as Bald Eagles, but once in a while something good shows up on the surveillance system. Here's a "snip" of a robin taking off. The blue elements on and behind the tail are "highlighted motion" that the software inserts. Captured on a 4 megapixel camera.

Woodpeckers are awesome! It is so neat watching them find bugs in trees.I don't have Bald Eagles but I get as big a thrill out of the Pileated Woodpeckers.
This was taken through the screen door on my slider so it isn't very clear.
