Awww - How nice of you to put some coffee on for me Uncle! You know what I like.
Sandy - Choosing my own hours is bliss for me as well. I find the same thing happening with me. With being out of the working pool, I usually wake up with the birds or earlier. I can eeease into my day at my own pace. When I was still working, I thought I would love sleeping in late. Turns out that the only reason that I didn't want to get up while I was working was because I didn't want to go into work.
Me too! 104 is the forecast for today here. We have gone beyond dry with our drought. The leaves on some of my trees are turning yellow and falling. The undergrowth in the woods is limp with thirst or going brown. That makes me sad. I'm pretty much a prisoner because the heat is dangerous. I'm so done with this. It would be wonderful to see a good, steady, all-day soakin' rain.
On the bright side, this SI Grape is better than drinking a glass of grape juice in the morning. Less calories too. I think I'll drink Uncle's coffee instead.

I faced up a long time ago to the fact I'm a morning person. I absolutely love fixing coffee and going outside to watch the dawn while the rest of the world is asleep. It's cool and sooo quiet and peacful. And I often get to watch the deer slipping off to their hiding places. Next come the squirrels nosing around. I had three cups while vaping a carto of my own extracted B&M home brew RY4 style in my Volt Pipe. Life is good.

Good morning, everyone! I put in for a day of vacation, so I've got a Sat off to go play with everyone else. I even got up early. I"ll ck in from time to time.
So far I have tried the Cherry, Cantaloupe, Red Apple, and Peach. I'm taking notes. But I'm waiting for my taste buds to return to normal from my MS relapse before I try any more. I'm gettin' there.

Yep LOL i know it sounds like its not but it is. I should be doing 2 sets of 15 reps of the combined exercises i chose, but Im only doing 1 set of 10. Target is to work up to a 60-90ish min workout next week. In my younger days I used to do weights 5 times a week for an hour... I want to get that fitness back.Beginner???
