DS#1 is dealing with this to a degree. He's never had to study until his freshman yr in highschool for his acc. geometry class. Nearly kicked his .... The past 2 years have been hit or miss for him in learning to study. I guess the good news is without studying he gets B's in the tough classes lol - but I'm worried about how he'll transition to college in another year. His overall GPA is something like 94%

DS#2 has a higher IQ but nothing comes easy to him for some reason. God bless him, he works his ... off but is doing better as we've worked with him on asking for help or clarification.
ds#3 is just scarey. He's in 5th grade - who knows which way he'll go - we hope he choose to work for "good" and not evil...lolo, but DH swears he has sixes on his head under his red hair.
I thank God every night that they got DH's brains. Just wish I'd thought to pray for his common sense too. (sigh)

Clay - DH's nephew is a friggin genius - but is in a vo-tech program because he was failing school (vs. having in an interest in a trade). They made special arrangements for him and he pretty much only takes the classes he wants to - but even then he barely passes. He never does homework. Or does a problem or 2. He just can[t understand that you have to follow the directions even if you feel you're not learning anything from the process. If he couldn't do the work due to a learning disability they'd let it pass, but being a genius isn't a recognized disability in Ohio.
(well that and his dad never held him accountable - they're "friends", not father/son - mom took off when he was 3)

I just had a conversation with ds's teacher today about that. As charming as this boy is, Lord help us if decides to go evil. Mostly he's just mischievous.

I want to get a box mod to "try" I dont want to drop a bunch of money on it because I know I love my EGO but you know the illness, always something else to try. Maybe even go into making them, but I need to first use one to see what they are like. Please any information is appreciated!!!

Marcie: if you are just looking to try the feel of a box mod, there are several places that sell them cheaply: goodejuice.com has some, or you can check the supplier sub forum. There are several guys there making them at decent prices (our own Godzilla even) or you could do a swap in the trades. Many around here make them so it wouldn't be an expensive trade.

Do you have batts and a charger? If you don't, check out Aceofvapes for their USB charge box mod, it's all in one, so you just buy the mod and you've got the batt and charger all build into it.

Don't do what I did and buy a used one off the classys. I paid too much and it was wonky to begin with. We had to tilt the carto to one side to get it to fire and then after a very short period of time, the whole thing where you screw the carto in came out.

Plus after we got the stupid 5 volt box, we loved it for the very few times that it worked. So, now we've purchased a GLV2 and a Buzz. Honey, you're about to start the gateway drug. Just ask Chelle

Buy the Aceofvapes one, if you want a new obsession.

I know I'm a little late on the draw with this, but in regards to video vs written review, I tend to favor video. I like to see and hear, because sometimes I'm tarded and can't visualize what someone is trying to explain just when it's words...but I'm a total visual person. Even when learning something knew, I have to see it before I fully get it. Even on the poor reviews, I get over what they are saying and watch what the are doing. However, I must admit, watching some videos reviews from people like basilray and dr. Vapor, and even mistress nomad, that's what got me into vaping. It was because of those types of reviews that got me I to ecf and honestly pif....I wouldn't have found ecf and pvs if it wasn't for those guys. So I vote for video reviews. Either way, I'd love some of your reviews comparing mods

No! I've had my Chuck since December 2009....never sent it back EVER and just now, in the past week, the buttons gotten sticky. probably because it's never been cleaned out. My Chuck is my backup for everything and I can drop it anywhere without breaking it. Least...that's my experience

okay- after I got the bass fish cake all cooked up, the lady cancled. SO, I just had the crappy buttercream and strawberry cake to do- I HATE buttercream only cakes. People can go to walmart and get a BC only cake and pay ALOT less.
