Well they are both busy with jobs and kids. The one that lives nearby just started a new job and can't get off work. A good friend of ours that happens to be my boss is my backup. He said that he can come get me and take me home if need be. [emoji4] All I need to to get a ride home, pick up RXs for pain meds and then I will just crawl into the bed for a few days. LOL Got everything caught up around here so I'm good [emoji4]

'Morning, Dale. Can use that hot coffee just like it's presented. The skies just opened up and dumped another load making everything wet and chilly......but it is Dec. isn't it. Think if it's going to be cold would have preferred snow for the holidays.

Hey there Mountaineers! Is everyone busy with all the holiday preps? We are void of any decorations so far. Not sure we'll get to it, heck we still don't have pictures hung in this house. Hanging decorations just seems a bit dumb. lol. I am trying to get the gifts wrapped that I need to ship to the Grands. One of them had a birthday last week and it cost more to ship than the contents of the package! No kidding....I waited too late to ship.

Got my 2 tips today Kayte! I was dying to look at them but since they're a gift, I wanted to leave them wrapped up. I'll be just as surprised on Christmas when he opens them. Thanks to you and Doug for getting them to me.

Well, more snow tonight. Somewhere around 2-6 inches. It makes me so mad when it snows at night! I like to watch it, better than Xanax for relaxing me. We probably have over a foot on the ground but it's been up to almost 60 and sunny lately. I just love it. Every time I go to the store and see Pikes Peak everywhere I look, I'm so thankful to be here and be a true mountaineer, in more ways than one!

MommaB - time for the other hand, huh? Best wishes tomorrow and for a speedy recovery. Snuggle in with those pups when you get home.

Sent in a piece of wood from my custom made squonker and had this drip tip made by Doug. It came out exactly how I hoped it would. Thanks!

Oh, jh! What a handsome setup! The inlay is perfect. Am in love with the shape of that tip and how it matches the diameter of your topper. Kayte says they're making more in that shape and hopefully I'll get one a bit taller. Was it you who gave them the idea?

Thanks! Not sure if it was me or not. I measured and then requested the tip match the diameter of the dripper. I had seen similarly shaped drip tips before and they just caught my eye. I sent a couple of reference pictures to Doug and he took it from there. The other request I made was that I didn't want the top of the drip tip to flare out too much. The tips I saw that were similar to this one all seemed to have a pronounced flare at the top. It really is exactly what I pictured in my mind.

ETA: The squonker was made by PC Wood mods. I was sent the leftover wood from the squonker specifically to have a drip tip made. I figured the best place to go was Molehill Mountain and I was right.

Yes, am not a fan of the flared tip top either. Doug's tip sure did top off your gorgeous new box into a humdinger, jh.

Hey, Dale. Oh lordy, I've not had a bagel in years. I'll take half of the blueberry in back with what looks to be some homemade butter. Still making ours. Hubby hasn't beat my 5 min. time yet. Leaving the heavy cream out to warm up before shaking makes a big difference in timing.....I give the cream to him right out of the frig. hehehehe I'm so naughty!
