Hey, Ms.C/ :) Hubby does make breakfast, I just have to wait for it! :) However, the first morning pot of java is nearly gone by the time he decides to make an appearance.

Have gotten to where doing our taxes is now very simple. Owe a bit this year so still delaying. Gad, I hated filling in 12-15 forms when hubbs was contracting out his services. :(

Oh ackkkkk MommaB. I start at 7am too since the office is on Central time and I'm on Mountain time. That means I'll be starting at 6am and I'm not a morning person. I don't know how you put in those long days. I'm brain dead after 9 hours most days.

Think I'll get another cup of coffee and decide about those taxes downstairs. Chili - I never was an obedient student. lol my high school guidance counselor stood up and clapped when I graduated.

Chooch - that's part of the problem. Hubby being self employed, home offices, buying a home in 2015 etc. So much info to get together although I have it all on the computer. We won't owe because of those huge quarterly estimates I pay on purpose. Then we get the refund and fund his SEP (self-employed retirement fund) with the refund. So I guess we do owe a ton but we pay quarterly.

Wonder if my sister is still reading along here. She shouldn't pipe in on what a terrible teenager I was. A true rebel without a cause.

Oh Mommabird, we need shorter days not longer days!

Exactly chili! [emoji6] Wouldn't hurt my feelings to be able to get off work at 8pm in the summer instead of 9pm. Our days here are too long as it is. Lol

Whoop! Just realized today is the indoor farmers market we have once a month. I can't do taxes. I have to go to the farmers market, which is everything from food to crafts to bath items. Then the liquor store for a wine run, and out to lunch! Whew, it was close with those taxes.

Ha! Dodged a bullet there Ms.C! :p:D...Don't feel bad about the taxes...I'm getting a refund and still haven't finished mine yet either...yes, a serious procrastinator here!...It's my son's taxes that I usually dread doing...it's great that he gets a full scholarship to college, but it always bites him around tax time because part of it ends up counting as income and he usually ends up owing some on it.:glare:

Taxes and daylight savings time - two sore subjects! :sneaky: I'd ditch the taxes for a Farmers Market any day! Enjoy Ms.C! By the way... the weight of the provari is another reason I like the mini's. Not so heavy.

Chili, sorry the adjustment is being so hard with hubby's work. I think that would about do Doug in. I could handle graveyard shift. I don't sleep until late anyway. But that has to be hard when you only get to see each other for such a short time each day, when you both work. :(

Tearose, I love love love the photo of your set up. Monet is fine name for that tip! Wish I knew how I made that one.

I happen to have 3 tips sitting here that I think you'll like for our new provari's. :D Two work well with the Ruby Red and in my opinion, all three are complimentary to the Lagoon Blue. Not a 'match', but complimentary.

Ha! Doug just brought in another that works well with Lagoon Blue.

Here's a pic of mine! (I took my gold beauty ring and made it work with the blue and the kabuki. They look made for each other now. YAY!)

Doug and I are celebrating our 38th anniversary today!:wub: We haven't decided what we're doing -- if much of anything. The flu AND a stomach flu are rolling through our family, so no partying with those germy people. :( We're both feeling a bit tired today, so I may see just how romantic I can make a bowl of left over soup for dinner. Maybe we'll play a rousing game of 'I remember when ______" after that. ;)

I'll be back with tips though! :rickroll:

Happy 38th anniversary, Kayte & Doug! :) Ha! Seems like yesterday you were celebrating your.....37th. hehehehehe Sounds like you're partying like we did our last one......and the one before that......and......

The gold beauty ring looks blue in the picture? These ProVari jewel colors are deeper and richer than I imagined. Like your tips, they look better in person! :)

My finds at the Farmers Market: pig ears, pig tails and bully sticks. Ha! Dill havarti and Smoked Gouda cheeses. A half dozen large pork and green chili tamales and a big jar of homemade salsa. The dogs made out good but we didn't do too bad either.

Then went to my favorite restaurant for Mahi and shrimp street tacos which are amazing with mango and jicama salsa, spicy slaw and chipotle cream sauce on them. I just love this little tapas grill and bar close to our house. I could eat there every day.

And it's only a little after 1pm. What to do next.....

Happy Anniversary Doug and Kayte!!

Well just figures...my first order of the provaris was delivered today...wasn't supposed to be until Monday....should have known, since all the good stuff comes when I'm out of town!...But on the bright side, I now have something to look forward to when I get home...got those and another new mod I got in a 50% off sale at a vendor that's going out of business....yeah, like I need another mod, but couldn't pass up 50% off! :p...I'll have a great night when I get home tomorrow! :D

Kayte and Doug! Happy Anniversary! And here's to many more happy years together!
