Chooch... any news on the house?? Closing tomorrow??

I'm late letting you all know, because I just found out!... no tips this evening. But, that'll mean more choices to look at on Thursday, right? :D

The keepsake eggs the kids did are pretty wild. The 'artist in me' wanted so badly to only let one kid at a time work on an egg so that I could instruct. HAHA! That would have zapped the fun right out of it. But, they had a good time and every one of them was very intent on what they were doing, so I call it a success. :D There were a few that were super nice!

Chili... as long as it works wonderfully, I'd go for the wrap. Seems I remember you saying that you have small hands? I do too (and often achy!) Doug has the standard size and I wouldn't want to use one full time. The mini's feel just right to me. Sides.... a fishing mod is always handy! :sneaky:

Off to see about dinner. Talk to you all later.

Is that a BIG bowl that we have to scoop out a serving......or is that all for me?! Ha!:) Dale, you really know how to find the deserts.

Chooch! I almost said for you to be sure and share!

Yeah, you're suppose to dish some of that out and pass the bowl!

Nope! No closing tomorrow, Kayte. :( At the very earliest Fri. More than likely the first part of next week. Found out today the "root cause" of all of this trouble was the county records ofc. failing to record hubby's Power of Atty for his dad. Even though he visited that ofc. as well as others several times for copies of records for buying the house and had to constantly show this paper, it was never initially recorded.

Meanwhile he had to also send up his mother's death certificate which was created 25 yrs. ago as well as his dad's to Tenncare (medicaid) and almost had to send HIS birth certificate, but somehow that was straightened out to get a release from them even though they were NEVER used. Once a "case file" has been opened when applying for Medicaid (in TN) it is ALWAYS open until you close it.....even though the person dies before ever using it. This new law was made since hubby bought house and since his dad died, but no notifications by TNcare were sent out to people like outselves. This is the second time hubby's been hit by a gov. dept. NOT following through with their responsibility of notifying the public or more specifically those people who dealt with their services.......Wonder how many hardships and frustrations these agencies created for people who are scattered all over TN and probably quite a few out of state. :(

Anyway, hubby with atty help is getting his father's "case file".....fast tracked, and instead of taking 2-3 wks and if the stars align just right, we'll get a release by Fri. or possibly early next wk. He's got the "case number" now and the lady's phone number who will "walk it through."

Now keep in mind. Hubby's been working with the real estate atty's offc. AND the elder care atty's ofc. who guided him through all the stuff he had to do 4 yrs. ago. Told him he needed another atty......to sue the County Records Ofc.!

What a cutie puppy, Dale! :) He/she do look right perky......and ready to eat anything you put in front of him. Ha!

I got Pearl Green in a couple of days ago and been having some fun with trying on different "outfits" for it's "bubbly perkiness". As usual, the picture does not do it justice. The dark streaks you see are actually a heavier application of that wonderful metallic lime green over the translucent base with the the white pokie dots. Looks like the metallic green was painted over some of that metallic white too. The overall look is much brighter and shiny! Take it outside and it looks like the emerging bright green leaves. I do have a ProTank glass that actual color plus some Bedazzle flowered glasses that it can be sat on with either a white ProVari or a lime green skinned VaporShark or the Subox mini. Definitely a fun, sassy and springy tip! :)

Ha! Kayte, got a few of the "kids" creations that they made for me eons ago.....30-40 yrs later they don't remember doing them! .......I've been saving and being so-o-o-o careful with those things through multiple moves and encased in the "glassed and can't touch" curio cabinet for fear a broken one would break their hearts. Asked it they wanted them for their own display shelves......"Are you kidding?! That thing's ugly!" Hahahahaha :)

Oh my, oh my! :) ......This Red Hat Floral is a sweet tip and works so well on my red glassed Subtank mini set on top of the Sangria ProVari cause the metallic purple daisies with silver sparkly centers match! I can put it on top of the purple glass on the Ruby Red PV and again a beautiful "go together". Kayte, you must have compared the red paint with the Ruby and even though a little darker and not as bright, it works wonderfully .......even with my Cherry one! So, so happy I can use it with the purple too. Such a cutie for a "Ruby ProVari Red Hatter"! :)

Chili, I take Kayte's word on all her tips! :) Wouldn't Hermatite look good too on black.....white......silver? Is Marblelicious one of the "water colors" Seems that it would have a good few colors to play with........making it difficult to select "just one." Ha!

Edit to add: Which one is Marblelicious on Page 174?

Thanks! I did see this but didn't know it was Hermatite.

It IS a beauty but too late for me to get. :(
    Hi @JoAnnW !
    Hope you're doing well. :)

That tip has a pewter colored base that is topped off with hematite colors sparkles. The video might help show it a bit better. I can make another of this one, if you'd like one. :)

So glad you're happy with it chili!

Chooch! What a pain in the patushka this house sale is being! I'm glad you've gotten some fun tips to make the time a little more fun! :D

I will have tips this evening. YAY!
