Good morning mountaineers.:)

Chooch that is what I did yesterday, practiced without prying eyes.NO wheelies, not with that behemoth, but I will look for some accessories for la bike today it does look a little bare.I like the dark silver but I would have much rather had a blue one alas this one I could pick up assembled from Sams club anything else I would have had to put together myself. My hands wont play along nicely anymore and my son is a self admitted mechanical failure.:(

Uh....Oh dear.....Uh.....I'm sure there was no better choice, Dale; and know the next "however long" time is going to be "transitional" for everyone......This makes me reflect on how comfortable our finished basement and needs to be finished attic is. Ha! :)

Splat, way to go! :) How 'bout some pin stripes or decals on those silver fenders. Both hubbs and I are handy at putting things together; but if something is already together.....in one piece......ready to take home.......we're on it! I could never figure out why one needing your efforts to build is the same price as the already assembled one in the store.

Ya know Chooch I get the distinct idea that your really having fun with this.:)
I'm going to end up looking like some crazed old woman on her grocery getter that screams
....Look out maniac on the roll...:pervy: I'm starting to fall in love with this idea more and more :D.
Just the thought of those smirking grand kids rolling there eyes  in terror  when crazy granny wheels the bike out and causes them all kinds of embarrassment is delightful.

My oldest daughters friends used to call me mama Rambo and thought i was cool, she hated it.:sneaky:

You betcha, Splat! There ARE certain advantages in being a "granny". Sometimes they think you're "cute......cuckoo......or slow" and will excuse your behavior. This is the only time in your life it happens. Run with it!!! Hahahahahaha :)

P.S. Be sure not to "bug" your children too much though. They're the ones who could "sign the papers." :(

Hello Mountaineers! Well, I'm all caught up, everyone should have a bunch more likes, but I didn't want to set off notification bombs for all of you.

Man, I've missed out on some wonderful tips lately, but I'm glad for all those that scooped them up. I have long ago outgrown my little tip stand, I need to think up a new way to store and display the ones not in use at any given time. Anyone have any ideas? How does everyone store their MMA beauties?

Hi, Qew. :) My stand involves scrap wood, stain, hubby and drill. He makes the wood about 2" in depth and a foot long. Drills two staggered rows of holes down the length. Each tier is set on two small dowels which are sunk in holes in bottom tier and one underneath the upper tier. Tiers are spaced 2 1/2" apart. Since the display is narrow, I attached velcro to back of top tier and attach to wall above the narrow shelf the tip stand sits on. I've run out of room, so store "seasonal" tips in decorative box until new season, switch out and I become "in love" all over again. :)

I have some wooden DT stands I bought off of E-Bay ... was looking for an image but apparently all he has now is pine, not very attractive :(

Chooch and Dale, do you both leave them uncovered? Do you have to dust them? I have kept mine covered, I am so Virgo about them, heehee. Plus, my dog is nosy and sometimes thinks he's a cat, the way he climbs up and investigates. Had a close call when I forgot to put one away, but he traded me a dog cookie for my tip, luckily.

Oh my gosh, Dale! Those ARE nice stands, I will have to go look around, or get the tools out. (Pretty sure mine would NOT look like those, haha!) I'm not scared of tools, but my measuring skills, not so good. I was thinking maybe a covered cake stand, if I could make some little holes in the plate part. Might be time for a visit to the resale places around here.

Qew, yep, leave them right out in the room air uncovered. I do clean them after using and put away. However, if unused for a while, do a quick rinse and dry before using. Course, I've no animals or children around to get into mischief. Also, figured the PG will take care of any germs left on the tips......Probably the cleanest things in the house! :)

I simply don't have the room (or handy wall space) to use most vape stands or tip stands.

I do have one small acrylic tip stand -- but mostly use a make-up organizer similar to this, but with 4 shorter bins and one taller one. Before finding it I used a nice glass bowl --- but I needed more slots!

Uh, those sit on my kitchen window sill so yes; they do sometimes catch dust & pollen and I have to clean them off  I want them where I can see them daily :D Every last lovely one :p

Or maybe two of them side by side? I have that in my wish list now, so I won't lose the idea. Thanks, JoAnn!

There is a much bigger selection to choose from on Amazon. Maybe in the near future, I'll need something like it too. Right now I only have three MHM tips.

Hope you don't have a lot of "TALL" tips
I'm kind of middle of the road, not too short, not too tall, someplace in between is just right .
