The DEAL is done! The house IS sold! Hubby is making the last 6 hr. trip home alone.......He won't know what to do with all his "free time" and just what good is it knowing how many stop lights between Chattanooga and Memphis and what easily accessed and clean restrooms there are at certain mile markers? Ha! He has to say his goodbyes to a few people along the way. They've known him to stop once a month.....going and coming back, fill up his vehical, use the restroom and buy a cup of coffee over a 14 yr. period. It's all finally done now and boy is he relieved. :)

Aw-w-w-w, thanks guys :) ; but I did nothing but make sure I didn't complain about his trips and the extra carrying costs of owning his dad's house.......and stayed safely "put" when he was gone so no chance of "another" complication in his life to handle.

I like Serendipity and think it would be an awesome name for your original line or Serendripity  lol/jk :)
Companies often have a brand name that offers different named lines of merchandise and the meaning behind it really aligns with what you are doing. I do think it would be a mistake though to move away from the MHM name overall since the brand is so established with an excellent reputation that people automatically associated to quality handmade drip tips and to you personally, the custom handcrafted business is hard enough as it is to become established and you really don't want to lose that name recognition.

eta: I had my own handcrafted business since 1998, before I became disabled, and I know how hard it can be.
Thanks for that Truli! It was really nice to get such wonderful encouragement this morning. :)
(Love the Serendripity.) I've now changed the name for the Originals page... Molehill Mountain Serendiptiy - Original Designs. Kinda long, but I like it!
I have 'category names' for several of the styles of tips... like the Treasure series (like the one dale just got. Treasure of Tucumcari. lol)

What did you make before illness struck??
Kayte's gonna have to make some more of Earthen! It's not hot.....It's Sophia Loren....earthy. :) Holy cow, I've got a couple of Bedazzle tubes with orangy blossoms, green or black leaves all outlined in gold, and Earthen was made to crown their tops on the bronze or black Provi.

The tip starts with a bronze color at the bottom, works it's way into a light blue in the middle then topped with an calm orange color. Think a guy could use this tip with no problem. Reminds me of some of the colors in a man's plaid shirt. Love it! :)

earthen-4-7-16-1400-jpg.545410
Sophia Loren! Yes! What a great way to describe that one! Maybe these should be the movie star series. Unfortunately, I don't know very many names of movie stars... especially not the current ones. I could name them all Cary Grant. *swoon*
OMG you two! If I could only look 25 again! But since I can't and I now own stretchy waist pants, I will gladly join you two in some cherry cheesecake!!
You made me laugh out loud, chili!:lol::lol:
I just got some new stretchy pants. Have you seen 'pajama jeans'? I found some on amazon for $12.00 so had to give them a try. Not bad! I wish they'd do straight leg instead of boot cut though. They're very comfortable and hopefully don't look too awful, although I'm not sure how much I really care anymore. lol I've found my lifestyle works well with stretchy pants and tunics these days. Comfy with some style. :D
Those cherry cheese cakes look so fun! :)

My daughter, the purest, put me on a whole foods diet when I became ill with this autoimmune disorder  which I know is much better for me and I can actually feel the difference but geeeeeeze I miss fun and not good for you foods! Just an FYI incase anyone was wondering drinking green stuff and yougurt like substances is just plain weird LOL
I'm sorry you have to deal with an autoimmune disorder. My daughter deals with one as well. :( Food sure does make a huge difference!
I found the secret to green juice and smoothies is to chug them down as fast as you can. The thickness is rough at first, but I've gotten used to it. They actually taste pretty good and I like that I can cram a whole days worth of veggies into a cup. We have green juice for lunch most days.
It does seriously stinks when your body can not do what you want it to anymore for sure. I often get the you should be glad about what you can still do remarks, and I do count my blessings, but, it is so hard to get past all of the things I can not do any longer. The one thing I miss the absolute most is driving, the loss of my independence in that way is hard to deal with on so many levels.
Not being able to drive would be incredibly hard... like you said... on so many levels. I don't drive very much. We don't go much of anywhere and when we do, Doug usually drives. Every now and then I do, just so I can keep in the swing of it. My step mother hadn't driven for 25 years because my dad drove everywhere. But then he died and not being able to drive was a huge deal for her. It's been four years and she's stranded... in more ways than one.

I am really sorry to hear you have MD and I honestly don't blame you for eating what you love to now! :) The green stuff is a super smoothie made with veggies and fruits and some fermented something LOL it taste ok but a bit on the thick side for a fluid :?: My daughter just makes her own green smoothies but since the fine motor skills in my hands is terrible I buy a premade, Bolthouse Farms Green Goodness and the yogurty tasting stuff is Kefir from Lifeway... I feel like a healthnut hippie some days LOL but inflammation is a big issue for me and clean eating does help a lot. My daughter and her mate belong to an organic farmers coop.
You need a hippie drip tip! :pervy:
Good morning lovely & handsome ones :)

What a cutie! Made me smile!
Aw-w-w-w, thanks guys :) ; but I did nothing but make sure I didn't complain about his trips and the extra carrying costs of owning his dad's house.......and stayed safely "put" when he was gone so no chance of "another" complication in his life to handle.
Hey... not complaining is huge! Having to deal with the stress of all he has with a gripey wife on top, might push him over the edge. ;)
Congratulations that it's allllll done!:banana::rickroll::banana:

I took a break from all the house stuff over Easter... had my house all clean (where it mattered.. ha!) But started in on it again yesterday and it's now a disaster zone. I'm having two grandsons over in a bit to move the armoire out of the bedroom for me. Will be sooo good to have that done! Doug and I started to move it last night, but his back... yeah. Decided it could wait until today. It's a big thing, but fortunately it breaks down into two pieces. If they can just get the top part down onto a blanket, we can drag it most of the way. lol My big problem now is that I'd love to paint the room I planned on putting it in. I've always hated the color in there. I KNOW the logical thing would be to paint now... before moving it in. Sheesh. I don't know why one thing always has to lead to another!
:danger:

You know what's even worse? Yesterday was Tuesday and I didn't realize it! That's why I didn't let you know there wouldn't be tips until Thursday. Sorry about that! I thought it was Monday all day.

Oh do watch moving that armoire, Kayte! Last time we moved our "empty" china cabinet, hubbs got a hernia. Felt it "pop" right then and there. We were only sliding that thing.....but over thick carpet. :( Would have been cheaper to hire a couple of hefty fellas. :)

Yep chooch! Bad backs and hernias! Hernias run in Doug's family. He had surgery for one years ago and as you know our son just had two repaired. I really hate to ask our grandsons to move it, but don't know what else to do. Other than live with it where it is. o_O I feel like it's time to get rid of all the heavy pieces. The armoire, the piano and the couch (it has a queen sleeper in it that we never use. ) I used to be able to move all these things, but just can't anymore without hurtin' something (probably because I always used to move them. :pervy: )

I was shocked at the price tag on my sons surgery. Doug's was $5,000. Matthew's was $50,000.:shock::shock: That's insane! Fortunately he has insurance through his work.

Anyway... we'll be careful!

@Kayte It sounds like you had your hands full! Working on the house is a never ending circle for sure :)

I am glad you added the Serendipity name to your original designs :) I checked it out on the site and it looks great! I used to design and create antique/vintage reproduction jewelry and rosaries using authentic antique and vintage components. I miss it, I had made it to a point I could have quit my day job if I wanted and do it full time. When my autoimmune disorder struck I was in negotiations to design the jewelry for a renaissance era tv movie.

I am very sorry to hear about your daughter, having an autoimmune disorder is a lot to deal with and my heart goes out to her. Sometimes I wonder if autoimmune disorders are becoming more prevalent or if I am just more aware of them since this happened to me, it will be 3 years this coming June and it just plain stinks.
The whole foods approach does help a lot overall, just healthy eating. I can really tell the difference in improved mobility, less pain and spasticity but those  green smoothies! I think I am going to have to try your chugging method :w00t:it's really is the texture over the taste. The kefir is a better, like drinking liquid yogurt, the meds I am taking have caused a lot of digestive distress and kefir really seems to help with that. And I do need a hippie drip tip! LOL When I go with my daughter and her mate to the farmers coop I swear it's like stepping back into the 60's vibe  which I guess is a good thing returning to simple unprocessed foods, they are also big on natural remedies, holistic, the whole mind/body/soul thing, I am not giving up my meds but the essential oil mist diffuser they insisted I buy and use is pretty cute with colorful changing lights in it :D

Just changed into my pj's and bathrobe. Got plenty of room and so glad there's more than one chocolate covered donut! I'm good to go, Dale. Thanks! :)
Those with the chocolate icing aren't bad but I don't want the chocolate cake kind :p

What terrible timing for you on your jewelry line! Of course, I can't think of a good time for what you're dealing with. :( I've always loved antique/vintage reproductions. A store we used to have sold some and it was gorgeous.

Thanks for the laugh about your essential oil mist diffuser.
Well, I hear there won't be any DT's on Tuesday ... makes sense sense this is Wednesday

    How about a donut? :?:

    donut-day-facts-ftr.jpg
:sneaky::laugh: My timing isn't always so great. :pervy:

Those donuts look sooooo good.

I never cared for the cake donuts either. I want the airy fluffy kind please. :D

    Good morning, everyone! :)
Hope you had a nice nap!
I've been getting to sleep earlier the last few days. 1:30am'ish instead of 2:30.

Got the armoire moved! It's way too big for where it is, but I'm not in there that much so I supposed I'll adjust. I did manage to get that wall painted before we moved it, so that's a relief. Now when I have time to paint the rest of the room I don't have to worry about moving that thing! I got the hallway painted too. Figured I may as well since I had the paint out and the brushes dirty.

You know, when I get all this done, I'm not going to know what to do with myself. :sneaky: Maybe a nap. A nice long long nap.

I'll have tips to show this evening. :D
