The fact that it is 3 months is better in the case of a credit card claim because it shows a lack of service for a transaction agreement.
If you have received any emails from the modder- have you saved them? They might be crucial to forward them to your credit card company after filing a claim. I still have my orders email communication saved in a folder because of the process i went through. Good luck friend. Pm me with any questions you have.
I have the same experience with this vendor. (See link in my signature.) I have filed a complaint in the vendor complaint section of ECF due to the extremely poor customer service. The message that the mod will be shipped the next day seems to be a consistent response when you can get a response. I too am happy with the final working of this mod, but will not get another one. This type of customer service is not acceptable.
