The fact that it is 3 months is better in the case of a credit card claim because it shows a lack of service for a transaction agreement.
If you have received any emails from the modder- have you saved them? They might be crucial to forward them to your credit card company after filing a claim. I still have my orders email communication saved in a folder because of the process i went through. Good luck friend. Pm me with any questions you have.

I have the same experience with this vendor. (See link in my signature.) I have filed a complaint in the vendor complaint section of ECF due to the extremely poor customer service. The message that the mod will be shipped the next day seems to be a consistent response when you can get a response. I too am happy with the final working of this mod, but will not get another one. This type of customer service is not acceptable.

True that. I was really looking forward to getting a purpleheart custom, but I'm almost certain my next will be a Reo. I'm very happy with the Bogger product - but as patient as I have been (I think), the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Rundown:
June 23 - Placed custom order (at this time, estimated time for creating it was 3 weeks)

July 19 - sent inquiry as to if signature confirmation would be necessary. Was told no, and that the Bogger would be shipping out that Monday/Tuesday (July 22/23)

July 27 - sent another inquiry as to whether or not the Bogger has shipped yet since I did not get confirmation. No reply.

August 2 - e-mail stated that the shipping label was printed

August 6 - item finally made it to USPS

August 8 - Delivered.

It was a frustrating process. Mostly because I was told it was shipped when it really wasn't. And then when I got worried that it didn't show up a week after the supposed date (without shipping information), I didn't get a reply when I'd sent an inquiry as to whether or not it was actually shipped. I was willing to wait. I just didn't like that I didn't know whether the Bogger just wasn't shipped yet or got lost in the shipping process.

Sounds very similar to my story. Except add in a promise of future shipment and another month to the wait time. :/
The other issue i had but have not released until now--- is that on my dna i requested and got confirmation of green color stabilized burl end caps. --- about 3 weeks before my order actually shipped (not imaginably shipped) i was sent pictures of my boxes. The box had natural-not green-stabilized caps. I immediatly emailed and also left a message to marcus. He then told me that the caps were indeed green but he had taken the pic with a bad quality cellphone and it didnt pick up the coloring. I received green caps 3 weeks after. But coincidentally- there is a leopardwood with natural stabilized buckeye burl up for sale on his site now. Its the same box. I still have the pictures of the original box (now for sale on his site) . A little honesty goes a LONG way and i was fed lies.
I am however pleased with the workmanship and performance of my boxes and at the end if the day, i got what i paid for.

ECF Admin needs to take an action for this issue because im afraid other user will affected with this kind of service.
Bogger just take my money and not reply my msg thru Facebook, PM and email.
Im a box mod and wood mod lover, i have few reo woodvil, kazulinho, billetbox and many box mod.
Thinking of buying Bogger is seriously wrong action. i dont expect this kind of services.

OooooooKkkkkkkkk guys ... Reading these posts ... I'm a little concerned once again. Ugh! I've had a Mini on order since the first week in July. THEN ... I caved and ordered a DNA20 that was in stock on the website last week. I got an email on Monday saying that order had SHIPPED! Woot! But no tracking info accompanied that email. Soooooooooooooo ... For those of you that got a SHIPPED email ... Did you get tracking numbers? And when ya got that email ... How long before you received your order? Of course I was thinking Priority and was kinda hoping for arrival today ... But nope. I did get an email response from Marcus about a question I'd sent him weeks ago and it stated my Mini would be shipping in the next couple days. Sooooooooooooo ... I'm not sure whether I'm getting one ... Or both my orders. I guess I'll know when my package gets here! Anyway ... Just wanting to hear how long you waited after getting a SHIPPED email so I don't pester my mail lady every day saying "Are ya SURE I don't have a package?!?!" LOL! Thanks!

Only speaking from my one experience from a few posts up (here), it was over 2 weeks from the time Marcus answered my inquiry and said it'd be ready for shipment to actual delivery.

Hope yours gets there soon!

No doubt I love the product, and I'm sure Marcus is a busy man. I'm sure he has a lot of inquiries. But letting them pile up (it seems, from the replies in this thread) and go unanswered is no way to go about it, even if the final product is superb and does make it to the consumer eventually. It's just nerve wracking is what it is.

Order date : 21st April 2013
Status change to ship : 24th March 2013 ( this is after i email him several time regarding the order )
Till now no shipment info provided, no tracking, not replying my email, not replying my Personal Message thru Facebook and ECF.

Can you feel me? Its already 4months im being cheated with this modder. I want my money back!

I think the pictures were to pacify me because i can speak in an official and firm manner while still remaining polite and courteous. I repeatedly emailed with questions. I only emailed once a week. And i was getting no responses untill i called and left messages. I would state my order number, the products ordered, stated that i did not want to rush him and that im perfectly fine with waiting for proper construction of the mod, but reminded him that its been a while and i have not received any communication or status update of my order and that after spending roughly 400dollars and waiting more than double the estimate that i was concerned. I did this once a week until i received my tracking info.
As for shipping. When he created the shipping label, i was notified via email immediatly. It took 2 days until the postman picked it up. And another week and a half to get to my deployed location in the middle east.
I would follow up by calling and leaving messages and emailing as well requesting for your tracking information. Do so in a polite manner and make sure to save all your communication (both ways) just in case.

Hmmmmmm ... Well I just checked the website and my first custom order placed 7/4/13 still says "Processing". I got an email from Marcus on 8/14/13 apologizing for the delay and stating my Mini would ship in the next couple days. I'd emailed him weeks prior with a question. So maybe BOTH will be coming (????). I guess I shouldn't camp out at the P.O. though, huh? LOL! YEP!! I love the Bogger boxes, but seems customer service is lacking a bit ... Maybe he's just extremely busy. I DO think his presence here on this thread a little more would help alleviate customer's stress with wondering. :)

However the lack of communication and contradicting information and white lies about the shipping ruined if for me. I love my boggers. But the process i went through and see others going through needs to be addressed and fixed. If the customer service was as good as his mods are, i would stand behind them.

Well... for one thing, if you are going to tell your bank to help you, you cant tell them you ordered it after the date it shipped.
