First you contacted us as soon as you received your box complaining that you did not like it then a week later you contact us saying your box was not working and as always we asked if anything obvious happened to your box like dropping it in water or anything like that and you said no. We sent you a label and you mailed it to us and upon receiving it we took the chip out and found juice to be all over it which caused the problem then you admitted to not having the lid on your bottle all the way during a motorcycle trip and juice leaked out and to be nice we repaired the box with a new chip and sent it back. Now you say a week after you received the box back the chip fried and the negative spring collapsed which you never told us and was stated in your complaint here. The only way that could have happened is if you put your battery in upside down in the box and even then the chances of the chip being fried are very slim so your best bet from the beginning is to be honest about what you did to your own box.
Second, One of the main reason's why we have had so many issues with our email server on our new site is partly due to you and one other customer that did not check their spam folder. You stated you were getting an invalid HELO error when sending emails to us and we contacted our hosting company and we forwarded the documentation to you to configure your email client to work properly and you stated that you run an email server and that it was not an issue on your end so we went back to our hosting company and began making changes which completely screwed up email parameters for many other customers. Then later you emailed us stating that the error was on your end and that you configured your client just like we said in the beginning so at this point with you we have done absolutely everything we can possibly do and since you lied to us in the beginning about your box which we really were not concerned about in the first place and if we were we would have told you to pay for the repair because it is not our fault you did not use the bottle supplied with the mod correctly and now you state the chip is fried but yet you did not make us aware of and if you had we could have done something to help but instead you make false statements so there is nothing we can do to help you.
First off, you seem to have things a little mixed up. Here is the exact quote from your email:

Generally the only way any leak can develop is directly from the bottle if perhaps the lid is not tight enough or not properly installed or possibly a defect in the tubing from the bottle but that would be a first for me to see that because it is medical grade tube. The chip itself is mostly sealed in the bottom housing so it would take a lot of juice to get down inside it to cause any problems there. Have you been on any type of aircraft with your box possibly with the box in your luggage? I am not sure when you called and I apologize if we missed your call. Unfortunately we do not always have someone sitting by the phone and we do not keep a phone out in our shop anymore because we lost a few due to sawdust so if you happen to call and you get our voice mail leave us a message and we always will call you back within a few hours.
So, the information about the leak was all your words, not mine. Yes, the email problem was in fact on YOUR server. I have modified my mail server to provide the information that your server requires. I have done it because the people that you have running your site obviously do not know how to run and administer a system.
I have NEVER stated that I did not like the mod. In fact, you can find posts from me where I complimented you on the mods that you made. I have been very restrained with my posting on the ECF, however, you have changed that by calling me a liar and accusing me of things that I have not said or done.
I have records of all of the emails I have sent you that remain unanswered. It is pointless for me to send you an email since you do not respond to it. You have not done "everything possible" as is apparent from anyone who reads this thread. You have consistently not returned emails, phone calls, requests for information, PMs etc. as has been stated by many people in this thread.
I will accept nothing less than a full refund of my purchase price of the bogger box.
Due to your response to this situation, I want my money back for the purchase of this mod.
