None of these people care whether adults die on a daily basis from lung disease due to smoking, they just want the tax money cigarette addiction creates until we're all dead..
If they cared about us in the least they wouldn't be sitting there lying in the hope fewer people will quit smoking..

Paraphrasing the mother of a sick kid: "I was all in my daughter's business and did all the right things as a parent, but she vaped because these companies are directly targeting our children"
NO. They're being kids. And all this demonizing is making these products more attractive to them.
That said, I do think they're making a decent case that Juul could be in some ways targeting kids (not saying it's true or not - I don't know - but they're making a convincing case in some ways). IMO, Juul is really botching everything up for the rest of our industry.

Oh my god. This lady (Ms. Porter) came out of nowhere and she's laying it down! 
ETA and then this jackass asserted she's wrong about there being evidence that vaping is safer than smoking, and would not let her respond to his assertion. She would have undoubtedly pointed to the RCP report, etc.
This is the only time they've intervened to basically "correct the record." Blatant corruption.

Ms Porter!!! Sadly no one is listening, vaping is going down.
No one is mentioning that kids are purchasing these products illegally either, isn't it 21 to buy tobacco products. Well that was brought up near the end. Plus illegal street drugs. The glaring part was hardly any talk of vaping oil and Vit E. as a public health statement someone should have said, don't vape oil.
