Good morning. It's grocery day. Morgan and I will get our regular groceries while hubby and Alex shop for Alex's groceries. I've cleared off a couple shelves just for his stuff. Hopefully this will solve our disappearing food problem and teach him to spend his money wisely because food is no longer free here.

Good morning! It's going to be a beautiful day today. :)

Tiff, the answer is no. That's from the witchdoctor parenting book. She did not ask for permission before telling him she could go. Therefore NO. And she hasn't done a darn thing to prove that she can be trusted. Trust is earned, not simply given.

Hubby was not in the least amused when i told him as bout Morgan wanting to go off with a boy. He told her not to even bother asking again until she's 16 and thats only if she earns some trust with us.

I want a newfie. But i I don't see how we could possibly squeeze another living being in the house right now.

Hubby and Alex ended up not going to get groceries today. Hubby was hit with a migraine headache and is now in the bed. I took Morgan to a friends house and then went on to Walmart for groceries. After I got in the car and looked at the clock I was shocked to see I had been in there over two hours. The grocery bill was substantially lower this time and that includes the meat I stocked up on at Food Depot yesterday. I bought absolutely nothing that I usually get for Alex. Nada. There will be some nights that I cook and he can have what I am cooking. Otherwise he's on his own. I fully expect him to run out of food in about half the time he has to buy for. Don't worry, I won't let him starve or go with out food but really trying to teach his some life lessons.

How much did they want for that Newfie, FV? We won't get another dog until one of ours passes away. I love my huge dog but really undecided on getting another massive drooler. I'd like a giant breed though.

Hubby is still in the bed and I expect him to stay there until tomorrow morning. Morgan is at a friends for the night and Alex is in his cave. It's just me and the dogs the rest of the day. :D
