Good morning. Todays the day Grrrrrr shopping. Mostly odds and ends. The one store has leg quarters for 33 cents a pound so even though we don't need them still going to pick up a case to freeze. Dog duck house is out for delivery by end of day. Yea.

I didn't get all my cleaning done yesterday so finishing that up today. Looking forward to hubby coming home tomorrow so I'll have someone to talk to.

GRrrr store ck. Dog Duck house put together ck. tomorrow I'll level a spot in the run to set it. Filler up with chips put the 6 eggs in and see if slim gets the idea.

After noon. Finished putting the Duck box in the run. Nice box was well packaged. But then I didn't get it off Amazon.
The only thing showing an interest is the chicks so far.

Good afternoon! Dashing around the past few days. Looking forward to going out to the camper later on. We're putting brats on the grill, and having a campfire.

Hubby and I got groceries, ran to the bank, I altered a couple of my moms shirts. That's it for today. Celebrating Alex's birthday tonight with Chinese food and ice cream and brownies since hubby will be at work all weekend. He'll be 19 tomorrow. It goes by so fast!

I'm looking forward to the end of this long, long Friday. Mr. V is over at the coffee shop helping bring in and install a new freezer. Holy moly, it took three of them to get it off the truck. It's HUGE.

Rain stopped soo guess I'll go for a scoop of top soil. Hope they have it under cover.

Sorry I have been on hiatus for so long. We are still kicking! I read that Drott got her job back! Hoo Hoo, no chicken plucker job for you! We have been going through the aging pains and I didn't feel it was worth sharing with everyone. I have cataracts that are premature since I had Lasik surgery about 18 years ago. They never told us that laser surgery could cause early cataracts by 10 to 15 years! I can's see with my right eye outside but since I pass the inside eye test the insurance will not pay! So if I want to have the procedure I have to pay for it myself. Mrs Punkin is doing OK relatively speaking. As long as she restricts her fluid intake to 1500 cc per day she can keep her sodium levels in check. We hope everyone is doing fine. I'll try to keep in touch a little more often...

Rainy and dreary today so we came back from camping to work on shelving at the work hut. Yep, we're a blast.

Suns shining bright it doesn't feel like 72 degrees out there. Vacuum sealed the 30lb of chicken and just having a lazy day.
