Maybe we should have looked at Jeeps. We still don't have our Subaru back from the recall. :(

The dealership has it for 10 days already and we only had it for 5. I don't mind if they do a good job and do it right the first time but they could have told us up front that it could take a couple of weeks instead of 4 days.

:lol: Was just down to the Subie dealer. They had no outbacks for sale. Had plenty on the lot though. Sales man did mention the recall and said they were working on customers cars first Then the ones on the lot for sale. They had no black outbacks though. So he said he would call if a black one came in. Decided to look at them cause the gas mileage is good.

We really liked the Outback and that is why we bought one. Just bad luck they had a recall but they are handling it. Good gas milage, good quality, good safety records, all wheel drive for PA weather. The loaner is a 2016 Forrester and I'm starting to like it but I like the Outback more.

Found a black one at the Harrisburg dealer. Has a few more toys than I need. So its a bit more. Will go up this weekend and see if we can get a better price than whats on the internet.
My mom had subies. I still remember the drifts I busted through with it to take her to the hospital 3x a week.

Not a very exciting day over here. No new cars or couches. I bought a jar of pizza sauce when I went to pick up meds at Target. I dropped the one I got the other day and it busted all over the kitchen floor. What a mess. Alex had a dentist appointment so all four of us piled into the car to go. I absolutely had to get out of the house. I get quite bored while he's at work and I am stuck here. And I need to go to work. I've been doing some research on some online work at home jobs. Maybe I'll find something small to put toward the massive amount of medical bills we've amassed since January.

I'm up late enjoying some time alone with out the kids calling me every five minutes. Been watching the old CSI episodes on hulu. I'm on season two of 17.

Hope you're all doing good. FV, how are the eyes now? Punkin, sucks about the new vehicle but hopefully you'll get it back soon. Drott, how are you liking being back at work?

Liking it OK so far. Much slower pace there. Even on days they say are busy it seams slow to me. Their all trying to be nice. Don't know if their sincere or if it's because I have more sonority than them. Which means I could mess up their Vacation picks.

And a happy happy Tuesday morning to everyone!

I had a kinda busy weekend. I spent all day Friday and Saturday at the race track. 2 days, 26.5 hours. Not the most Ive gotten in two days, but its still a lot. The race ended around midnight Sunday morning. It shouldve been about an hour earlier, but it wouldnt stop raining all week. I finally clocked out at 1am. But then I had to wait for traffic to die down, which means meeting up with friends and having a couple of beers. And a sip of watermelon moonshine. Dont worry, it was literally two beers and a single sip. I didnt want to get tipsy before an hour drive back home. I finally left around 4am, and got home around 5. Sunday, the lady that runs the church choir hosted a "thank you" lunch for the people who help her out the most. That included Mrs E because she helps out with the kids' choir. We left there and took Kat to the ballfield for practice with her travel team. I got home and mowed the backyard, cooked dinner, then got the kids to bed.

Yesterday, I actually had to adult... I dont like adulting. Adulting is better left to others who are better at adulting. The adultier adults. Yep. I had to put on what Mrs E refers to as "real clothes" (business casual) and go to work. I met with the first small group of new techs that just got hired. My boss said he only wanted me to come so they could put a face to my name and title. So I did. Then I went to the new warehouse (which we STILL dont have possession of yet) to get measurements of all of the offices to make sure that when we order furniture, everything will fit. We're going to have a LOT to get done before we get started. Thankfully, we're going to have several techs with nothing to do for a couple of weeks that we can put to work.

Then, Melanie's team had practice. I use the term "team" loosely. We had FOUR players show up. Out of 12. Well, 11... Melanie still cant play because of her arm. We're about to play our first playoff game Thursday, and I had four players show up. I'm going to seal our loss and pizz off 7 sets of parents by putting my worst four players, but the only four who showed up to practice, at the top of the lineup and in the infield. I just dont understand it. When they dont show up for practice, all it does is hurt the players. Ungh. I hate people.

Tonight, Kat has a game with the Rec team. I've been voluntold to keep the scorebook again. I hate keeping the book. Grr.

And unless anything changes, Thats all I've got until I go back to the track Saturday morning. I may be getting the warehouse keys Friday, but I'm not even sure about that.

Well, time to go figure out why my "new" car wont start.

I hope everyone has a good day!

Unless something changes

Good morning!

Yep James, those are the 4 that I would put at the top of my lineup too.

The rest of it all makes me tired. And being an adult adult is just no fun.

Neither is working, glad it's going okay Drott. :)

Left eye is good now Tiff, the right one not so much. I go in for my checkup on the 30th. woo hoo. not.
