Christmas this year is white and COLD. We have wind chills of -35 for the next few days. My thermometer reads 2. Victor has never run out and back in quite as fast as he is today. 
It's 34F and pretty windy here today. Very glad I don't have to go out in it!!
And no snow (yet) and the sun is shining, so it really could work out to be a nice day if the wind would stop!

We're all stuffed. Sonny brought up his latest big guns, so we had to do a bit of sub zero target practice. Too full for desserts.

If we are lucky it might hit 30, if you don't count the wind chill. Did I just hear you practicing your speech to the teenagers, "I'm sorry but you failed. Come back when the weather is warmer and try again!"

Sleeping in doesn't happen at the hut either. Victor may starve to death if I do. If he's not fed by 8 he starts to complain about it. I was kind of thinking that starting next week I'd be able to sleep in a bit, but I guess not. It will be weird not working though. Drott, what are you going to do with yourself? I have no clue what I'm going to do. *skeered*

That would be the basement here. And I'm not cleaning it while it's this cold. We only heat it to just above freezing for the plumbing.
I did get a Jonny apple peeler. Looks like it was never used. Story behind it. Was on Ebay so I put a 7.50 bid on it free shipping. Not thinking I'd get it for that bid. Well I won the guy kept emailing me wanting me to pay for shipping since shipping was more than my winning bid. He did send it out on time though. His last email was a little threating he said he was going to contact Ebay. I sold on Ebay many years and when I messed up on shipping cost I bit the bullet. Never ask the buyer to foot the shipping never brought it up. Was my mistake so I just ate the loss.
Any way it works pretty well on potatoes if their not to oddly shaped. My hands love it.
