I had a problem with one of my X2's turning on all by itself. Creepy I know. Anywho....I contacted customer support and Tom was right on top of things. We emailed back and forth a coupla times and with Imagines input we got things squared away very quickly.

Smokeless Image is an awesome company with great products and superb customer support. I have and will continue to recommend SI to all of my new vaping converts. :)

Once again, SI has the best customer service in the business. I accidentally ordered the blue 900 x2 last night when I wanted the 1300. Sent them an email and low and behold, they sent me an email this morning saying its all switched and already shipped. That's amazing. Not only did I get the one I wanted without a hassle, but it was already shipped by 10:00am

SI steps up to the plate again, and every time. They're offering to "make it right," but for a problem that is purely cosmetic, I can't see making them take a ding for it. I just can't. Best ecig supplier - EVAH!

Recently saw a thread that protested against recommending specific products/suppliers, but my response to that was more or less, "bunk!" It took me four tries to find my perfect battery, of course I'm going to recommend SI and the Volt by name! I'm happy to say why, but to leave out the important specifics? Huh-uh...

Once again, i have to give SI props. I received a 78mm yellow auto battery in the mail and it had a very airy draw. When I called, Tom gave me some suggestions to try and fix it and they didnt work. When I call back, they said they would send me a silver one to replace it and if they can find a yellow one that isnt airy, then they would send that too. You cant get better customer service than that.

Kia, I agree with you completely, I will never stop referring people to smokeless image on ecf. If they ask for a good company, then why shouldn't I point them to the VOLT. Isn't that the purpose of this forum. I wish I would have found ECF before buying my BLU and then switching to SI. It was only by pure luck that I found the Volt. I found it on ecigarettes365.com and took a chance because of the reviews and it was cheaper.

I dont even bother giving people my referral number. I love the product so much, I just send people. Maybe I should considering that I have personally sent 6 people to SI who have bought because of me.

I've made 3 orders from smokeless image and I've only had one issue, one cartomizer that was DOA. Now that I've been around longer, I can really see how minor this is but they responded promptly and issued points to my account. Besides that, they always ship promptly with tracking and the products have been great.

I think this is the first time ever that I have suggested a product to anyone,that's how impressed I am with SI. Our hospital is going smoke free next Jan. So what I do is carry an extra batt and cart so they can try the Volt. I thought the security guard I was talking to last night was going to keep my Volt he enjoyed it so much.LOL.
I totally agree Kia,whoever started that protesting thread needs to re-think that.

Props to Heather, with my order from the Memorial Day sale I got a couple of unsealed auto batteries for free! Awesome. I lent them to a friend with a few cartos so he could get started on SI stuff. He's tight on cash, but cartos are cheaper than cigarettes, so he should be ok. He really liked the volts I showed him before, so hopefully you guys will have a new customer soon.

Tom in customer service rocks! My purple 900 X2, which I just received Tuesday, died on the charger yesterday. I called customer service a little bit ago, and they're sending me out a replacement and I don't even have to send the dead one back! I've been a customer since last July, so SI has gotten a lot of my money. I think this is the first time I've had to call customer sevice. Now, I won't be afraid to try the new colors when they come out!
