Again they come through for me with flying colours.

I mentioned earlier somewhere that I forgot to put my coupon code in again for when I ordered the new CE's. I received a mail today telling me I got the refund for the value of what the coupon would take off.

Brilliant service from SI and the coupon was for a generous 15%.

LOL! You must have ALL of them already! (It's a yearly trophy right?) I remember my second order was placed at 5 am on a Saturday. 10 am I had an email with the tracking number! I was sure it wouldn't go out until Monday!

Kia, I agree with you completely, I will never stop referring people to smokeless image on ecf. If they ask for a good company, then why shouldn't I point them to the VOLT. Isn't that the purpose of this forum. I wish I would have found ECF before buying my BLU and then switching to SI. It was only by pure luck that I found the Volt. I found it on ecigarettes365.com and took a chance because of the reviews and it was cheaper. Ditto! My first was dif company but horrible service / said a replacement batt was in the mail. That was in Feb. I am NOT holding my breathe!

I dont even bother giving people my referral number. I love the product so much, I just send people.

I find myself wondering if "Cookie" is Heather????? One time I received an order nearly identical to what I wanted - only the invoice had someone elses name and addy on it. The next day my order came. LOL - I quick sent Heather an email to Stop the Truck! Sheesh - they are so quick - I almost had a double order! If I'd had the funds, I'd have kept it all and just paid it to save them the extra postage. I could have kept anything ($25 battery) from the package (for the trouble) but it just didn't feel right all things considered.

I sing your praises too! With out EXCELLENT customer service - I'd be sticking to tar-bacco instead of vapor.

Imagine - as I read your responses - I'm further impressed with SI. So much so, I feel I'm betraying you when I try juice from others. But w/o the excellent products and service backing up them - there would be no need for juice. I find I keep adding batteries just for the fun of having a variety of color in my world! Thank You for being here! Thank Heather for telling me about the forum!

I tip my hat to SI CS. I have never run in to a greater group of people. The CEO, trustees etc has land the groundwork for their company that allows this group to bend over backwards to make sure their customers are happy. My PCC did not work when it arrived. I contacted CS and told them what was going on and boom; they sent me a new one. I made an order on 7-25-12 and paided for express mail. On tracking it the guantee delivery date was 7-27. It did not come until 7-28 so I called and told them plus they had to beleive me because I had to sign for it. CS gave me back the postage! Now that is wonderful service. Because of their CS alone I would buy all supplies from them. As it happens; I love their products!!!!! They have made me a loyal customer...:)

I'm sure it's been said, as I doubt it's been a fluke that I've received such great customer service from Smokeless Image, but I can't speak highly enough of their customer service. They respond to every one of my inquiries/questions very quickly, they are extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. I don't think I've ever felt so well taken care of when buying something online before, and that alone is enough to make me come back (nevermind the fact that their products are top-notch and have yet to cause me any trouble that I didn't make on my own).

I've only been using a pv for just over a month, but I've already had 4 (soon to be 5) people switch to using a pv instead of analogues, and everytime I've recommended they deal with SI simply because I know that I can recommend them with confidence that I'll never have someone come back to me and say my recommendation sucked.

EXCELLENT A++ customer support .... Some problems i have had, are just me being a noob ... the support team helped my learn how to use my equipment, without making me feel stupid, all ways a pleasure. Also I had a small problem with my starter kit pcc charging & heather and bobby took care of me and went above and beyond what i expected - SI is sending me a replacement on it today. i like my Volt so much i now have tons of battary's, and one had an intermittent problem. it was something i could live with, but again they fixed it, no questions asked, i am a very Happy Camper..... Every one has said what good service they have and I Want to reiterate HOW HAPPY I AM with Smokeless Image customer support !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

....... its just nice to know ur working with a company u know wants all the customers happy & wants repeat customers not a sale today gone tommorow type of attitude.

.... I have never been a business owner or salesman but my ex wife used to sell rug and carpet at a THE premier place in Dayton OH. Anyway they had the best installers, and best products priced at competitive rates .... but what separated them was there customer service.... My wife told me over and over ... what separates a good company from a great company is how they handle problems. And she had her share of keeping customers pleased and happy, but she did. Some problems bad luck, sometime a supplier who has given them years of good stuff had a bad batch, occasionally the customer was really wrong & occasionally she made mistakes (we are all human) but she kept her customers happy 1st and that why that store did so well .... Any way i commend SI, i Know how much effort that it takes to build and keep a good reputation. Also Nice to know, i can highly Volt to any of my friends with 110% confidence.

Loved the hand written thank you notes on the invoices when a shipment came in. Guess SI is getting much bigger now...noticed the last order was stamped instead of signed. But it's still cool!
