Same here! I'm just so happy to have found them - also ecigarettes365Kia, I agree with you completely, I will never stop referring people to smokeless image on ecf. If they ask for a good company, then why shouldn't I point them to the VOLT. Isn't that the purpose of this forum. I wish I would have found ECF before buying my BLU and then switching to SI. It was only by pure luck that I found the Volt. I found it on ecigarettes365.com and took a chance because of the reviews and it was cheaper. Ditto! My first was dif company but horrible service / said a replacement batt was in the mail. That was in Feb. I am NOT holding my breathe!

Loved the hand written thank you notes on the invoices when a shipment came in. Guess SI is getting much bigger now...noticed the last order was stamped instead of signed. But it's still cool!
