d-be thanks for your vote of confidence... I have no plans to talk about anything with them. I think basically what they are saying is they want to know who I've sold to, etc... they must think I am a reseller.
To answer the question about order size. I ordered 32 bottles of liquid BEFORE the ban was announced here... the plan was to have enough juice to last me the year if there was a ban. I think I lucked out and got picked as target #1. 25 days after waiting for my tracking status to update to "released from customs", I got a letter. Letter was nice, just said to contact them. As I wrote before, I did call and they seemed really NICE about it. I actually got the impression that if the person I was talking to was able to, she would have released the order. However she has a job to do.
My luck probably ended when customs (randomly?) got a second package of batteries, ecigs, etc. Not a bulk order, just a few models (103, 901, 801, batteries, blank carts, etc)... 50 carts looks like a lot of stuff I guess if you have no idea what they are.
After stopping that package too, I got this second letter. I guess they saw juice, carts, ecigs and assumed I'm the guy they want.
As far as the letter goes... I will attempt to scan it, just have to read it over again to make sure there's nothing on it saying it can't be reproduced or displayed (you know the govt).
I will quote the section everyone seems to be interested in.

Is it just me or is Canada trying to beat the US in regards to enslaving and controlling the public?
I used to be proud to say Canada is nothing like these other places... can't say that any more.
