fyi since the original name for the titan is the screw tank, 2.5 stem coils for the screw tank should fit the titan. Since I couldn't get any response here on when gotvapes would have them I just ordered a few screw tank stems from *******. I've never ordered from them before so I'm hoping for the best.

Using that logic what is the point of any of the posts on this forum? If you will notice, someone "liked" my earlier post suggesting that gotvapes go ahead and add the out of stock 2.5 stems so I assumed that at least one other person was checking their site and wanting to buy some. When I realized that the stems were in fact available just under a different name I thought that at least that one other person would be interested so I posted. I don't see how your smart assed remark was justified but maybe that just comes naturally to you. I apologise if my post didn't measure up to your high standards, Richard.

Double I incorporated your idea on the listing so you can place a BIS notify...been so busy lately it wasn't on my radar, thanks.

Please forgive me1969, he is protective of GotVapes due to some of the crap he saw us deal with in the past month or so and he didn't mean that personal. Normally we do not like to advertise another vendor on our own forum, this is what he meant : )

Excuse me guys. Looks like I sat down at the wrong table. Have a really nice day.

I'm having the same issues with the stock 2.5 and one of the spare 2.0s I got, on a freshly charged 3.7v bat (prolly around 4.2v). I've run 1.7 cartos on non-regulated devices for years without this issue. I've tried them on the Provari as well from 3.4 - 4.0v and nothing seems to help.

Gonna try a couple more of the spare heads I got this weekend...keeping my fingers crossed that it's just a couple bad heads.

I also tore a head apart - and I can confirm that they are NOT rebuildable as far as I can tell.

I was having the problem with the dry burning hits using a 2.5 and on inspection saw that the slots in the ceramic cup weren't lined up perfectly with the slots in the metal stem and the wick was very slightly pinched. Easily adjusted the ceramic cup with a screwdriver and solved the problem completely. I don't like setups that take a lot of tweaking but that was pretty minimal.

I've just come across a qc issue I thought I'd mention. Since you didn't have the 2.5 stems when I ordered my Telescope I also ordered a 2.0 stem just to see. When I used it the hits were hot and dry which I figured was just the resistance. Just now though I examined it more closely and it turns out that the wick slots in the stem aren't spaced at 180 degrees but are pretty far from that. Both the wicks were pinched badly. However I was able to adjust the ceramic cup so that one of the wicks wasn't pinched at all but the other was severely pinched and while not optimal seems to work OK at least when the tank is near full. I mainly mention it because of the several people on this thread complaining of hot dry hits and this may be their issue.
