Well it's here..
It's definitely lighter, has the ti dullness to it..
Only complaint is that button is pretty stiff and they probably could have made the hole bigger as my button is getting chewed up already.. I guess I will talk with provape... sigh...
Edit: Yep it's going back.. The button I found to be too annoying to use.. Just submitted a ticket..
Their CS is top notch, but this is really disappointing on a 270 dollar 2.5.. And no this will not just go away by depressing it 100's of times.. Hopefully the rest of you do not run into this issue.

Vape360, two of us want to buy one and are looking daily at this thread to see how well they are received because we have to make sure that they are perfect quality because we cannot send them back easily.

We live in a country that doesn't allow to import personal vaporizers and juices and can be taken by customs (which happens a lot with the juices), so we don't want to risk to get it into the country twice if there is a problem.

Is there going to be an extra quality control check to make sure that these problems are history before sending them out now?

Go to the item you are interested in, click add to cart, adjust quantity to a very high number, say, 500 or more. If there is not sufficient on hand stock, the quantity in your cart will be adjusted for you ;)

I just tried this but it didn't work, maybe because I am only a guest on their website....

If it becomes a problem with all of them, I'm sure Provape will fix it. I got mine yesterday, and while I haven't used it enough to say for sure, the button isn't as smooth as on the stainless (it's a little scratchy actually) but titanium is normally a bit more finicky than stainless either way. Everything else about it is perfect. The threads are absolutely buttery smooth, and with a bit of Noalox I wouldn't worry about galling or wearing.

I'd like to hear what others think of the button.

I wonder if we're all going to have some sort of situation to some degree with the button area, most likely due to how the hole is machined.

I've only ever used two Provaris, my Stealth and a Zombie. Both of which were "coated".

With the Titanium not being coated, we're at the mercy of the finish that's left were the hole is cut.

I'll know in a few hours, as mine's out for delivery now(fingers crossed).

Cool!

Hope to hear when you unpack it!

Did you buy a mini or the full size?

Maybe the full size only has this problem but not the mini?

So I added a Provari Ti to my cart and checked out how many were available:
•The quantity of the following item in your cart has been adjusted to meet the available quantity we currently have in stock: ProVari™ Variable Voltage V2.5 with Digital Display - Special Limited Edition Titanium 314.... Mini Ti 411

Your shopping cart contains 100000000 items for a total cost of $30,490,000,000.00 ... Funny how Provape disabled the quantity of items left in stock... I wonder how many Ti's they have actually sold?

No button issue with mine. Feels exactly like my other Mini and 2.5 Standard.

This whole rig with 18650 battery is lighter then my Lab-50, 18490 battery, and no topper. Almost to the point of not feeling as durable as my other ProVaris. I'm sure that's all in my head though, Provape is nearly unmatched in quality.

I am proud to report the arrival on my new TiP2.5M, and it is PERFECT!
Zero drag on the button, it rotates freely(not to be confused with loosely) in it's hole, and I can't find a flaw anywhere.
It is LIGHT!

Pictures will be posted shortly.

Glad to hear! Maybe the scratchy button is in my head after reading that one post. I guess time will tell best!

After reading this article on the poor conductivity of titanium I was wondering why provape would choose this metal to build a provari..

I had a similar thought when I first read that about titanium, so I looked up stainless steel...then I looked up some comparisons between copper and other metals re. conductivity. Titanium is in the same relative ballpark as stainless steel in conductivity comparatively speaking, both are far lower than copper and even aluminum, but then if you consider the mass of the tube, and considerable contact area of the threads, as opposed to, say, a very thin wire, in my mind it becomes kind of a moot point.

TiP2.5 in hand! I love it! Incredibly light, with a Protank2 in 18500 mode, it balances right at the button! :D I can hold it like a cigar and operate it with the index finger.
Button, rotates smoothly, no issues whatsoever. I did notice some scratchiness threading the cap into the extension ring, cleaned threads, applied Noalox, and all is good. Top cap threading buttery smooth as expected, center portion was nicely snugged and needed a penny to start it off. All in all, this is the "Personal Vaporizer Perfected" , at least as far as my needs go. The New window magnifies the display and the torx screws look so much better than the old Philips screws. I am glad I got in on this release :)
Thank You Provape!!!
