They have not, to date, been shown on Evolv's site...but available at the vendors (per their stock)...

Unless I missed it, It looks like this is just a VV/VW device, with no TC?
Correct. Way overpriced the way I see it... thing must weigh a ton, too.
It's a DNA40 clone, it does have TC (how well it works is up in the air). But yeah, if it's a similar zinc alloy to the Cloupor Mini, it'll be hefty.
Not all of the Chinese "DNA40" clones I've seen necessarily have TC. Unless it specifically says "TC" or has the two resistance ranges listed (TC & non-TC) I wouldn't assume it does.
In fact, I just noticed that there is a discussion on this item that states it does NOT have TC. Caveat Emptor when it comes to Chinese descriptions, imo.

Incorrect. 3vape had a pre order for those and canceled them because there was no temp control.
Is that the large screen or small screen version?
That enclosure is appealing...

Yes but the enclosure seems to be of a much lower quality don't you agree? Look at those buttons and the finish....

The fire button on the 30w looks a lot more like the one on my authentic rDNA40 than the more expensive one. The one advantage I see for the more expensive one is the magnetic door, but with a bit of black sugru to fill the outside hole and a few magnets I could get the door on the 30w to be magnetic as well. I can't tell if the 40w is rubberized...the 30w certainly isn't. It's a bit of a trade off really isn't it.

Mine worked with kanthal, until I broke it (trying to force it into a tiny case, failing, undoing it all...). Didn't have three chance to test it with ni200. Does yours work with kanthal?
it doesn't really work well with kanthal either -- it identifies it as nickle and tries to limit the temp so its contantly showing Temp Protection on the screen.
When you put nickle in it just refuses to fire and never shows the ohms.

bought the one at angel cigs usa warehouse, sorta looks like a Cloupor, seems to work fine so far with kanthal yet i have not tried a NI200 build yet.....guess i need to watch some u-tube vids to get educated.....my deal is that i never have any trouble with dry/burnt hits anyway i'm always wetting the wick but i wanna try the TC.....did notice the battery life is not so good using VTC4/5's.....anyone got any suggestions on a good Ni200 build to try; be much appreciated.

I have 2 dna40 clone chips coming from cigabuy this week! This will be my first attempt at a transplant. Figured my first attempt would be with a clone chip. And I'm replacing a clone dna30 in either the FT vaporshark dna30 clone (the built in batt one) or in my dna30 zero mod clone.
I don't like the firing delay on the dna30 clone chip. Does the dna40 clone chip have the same delay? ????
