I don't think thats too thick. Have you tried the T2's? I never really like the CE2's in the past. I tried clearo's again when they came out with Vision Clearomizers and then the T2's. The T2's are the only way I vape now. Best flavor I've ever had vaping.
70%PG/30%VG. I am sure it would work better if I had more PG. I ordered DIY stuff so I will mess around with different mixtures of PG/VG to see what I like best. I bet I will find certain flavors that I will like in a clearomizer eventually. I am not completely righting them off altogether.

All the facts:

DRIPPING: 1.8 ohm low resistance genuine Joyetech atomizers fired at 3.7 to 4.2 volts.

VIVI NOVA: My butterscotch blew all my heads except the 2.8 ohm head. Upon investigation, the coils on my 1.8 and 2.4 ohm attys were black, as were the wicks. Charred. Fired the 1.8 at 3.2, got nothing, then 3.7. Burned out within 2 days. Tried the 2.4 at 4.0 v and 4.5 v, burnt that atty. 70/30 pg/vg mix, 2.4 mg nicotine. Managed to resurrect the 2.8 head and vape at 4.5 or lower. Works but makes my butterscotch taste... not like butterscotch.

My juice tastes best in the DCT 3.5 ml carto tank with 1 hole punched 2.0 ohm single coil cartos. But even then, I still get hints of filler. Using SmokTech cartos. I have yet, after two months of discovering my all-day, perfectly delicious vape, to find a delivery device that actually gives me a true butterscotch flavor.

What I have found is that Most "Clearos" tend to Max-Out at around 8 watts if used Straight out of the Box. They just Can’t wick fast enough without doing something to them.

And Pour Wicking = Burnt Taste.

The Easiest Non-Mod Solution is to Tilt the PV so that the e-Liquid Pools around the Coil Area. Don’t rely on Capillary Action for the e-Liquid to Climb the Wick to the Coil.

Mod Solutions would be to “Fluff” the Wick where it enters the “Cup”. And or to Enlarge Slightly the Seal Slots that keep e-Liquid from Leaking into the Coil Area.

Clearos can give you a Fantastic hit. But they can Also involve some Fiddling or Mod to make them work Consistently at 8+ watts.

not everybody has good luck with the vivi nova,,most that do usually it is because they put a new wick coil in it..

as far as butterscotch goes,i gave up looking for a good butterscotch,,tasty vapors has one that is really close

My DIY Tasty Finger variant is my Day-to-Day e-Liquid. What is the Name of the TV Butterscotch that you like?

Thanks.

Hey Rocket, I use SMOK Dual Coil Cartomizers exclusively now, but am always on the lookout for something better.

When you say "Carto Tank", are you punching the cartomizer and then placing it inside the tank? I've never modded anything, but if the flavor is that much better, I might give it a shot.

Where do you buy your supplies for putting that together?

I don't do any DIY or modding stuff, because a) I don't know how, and b) I don't own the tools.

I got my DCT cartotank from here: SmokTech V2 Tank Kit

The cartos come pre-punched. And yes, they are cartomizers that you slide into a tank. They are different from regular cartos because they have a flange that keeps the tank from sliding down the carto. Also the pre-punched hole. They cannot be used as a carto alone, they need a tank. Otherwise juice goes everywhere.

Interesting.

I've only been vaping for a week, and have exclusively used the CE4 / Stardust clearomizers (which is what came with my starter kit).

I haven't noticed any problems, but I just realised I have been subconsciously raising the end of the battery above my mouth - which means the little wicks are always in the juice when I vape.

They are a bit tricky to fill with high VG liquid though, but easy enough with a syringe.

I have some Boge cartomisers on order, as recommended by someone on here.

...

Believe it or no,t but "Tilting" cures about 75% of the Problems that Most Users of Top or Mid-Coils have.

Nice that you found it Subconsciously.

I whip a stardust or even older,an extremevision (with LED) sometimes...they work well enough.

I think I just morphed into a vaping princess somewhere along the line with all those expensive and fancy atties...I would want to go back to eGo style crap batts though,Nivel chips and Zmax got me spoiled rotten

My first best vape are CE3, closely followed by T2. That's why I want my T3 to arrive so bad...

I like the T2's mostly because the coils are only $1.40 each. How much are the coils on the T3's?

2.49 at discountvapers. But remember you replace not only the head but the battpost too... In the T2 if anything fails the whole thing is rendered useless... To me it's ideal! Besides, you know how much those heads last!

Watts is just (Voltage Squared) / Ohms

So a 2.6 ohm Clearo @ 3.6 volts is (3.6 x 3.6)/2.6 = 4.98 watts. 5 Watts is Great for Most Clearos.

I like Most of what I have tried from TV. They seem to have "Brown" e-Liquids down to a Science.
