Do any veteran vapers still like clearos?

Gonna have to get some of these if my clearos melt. LOL

Have you guys compared them to the T3s?

Still waiting for mine to arrive... I think T2 and the mini vivis are head to head to be the best clearos so far... We'll see how things go, but I don't think they'll dissapoint you. To me they're the evolution to CE2...

I had enough practice to cartomizers with the KR808D to last for a lifetime. I hate filler material, and I don't like wick systems. But Kanger has done it right and developed a line of unique clearos, almost perfect. They give a warm, moist vape, almost to par with cartomizers. Large vivis, although nice, they leak. I like the mini better, a better system.

I see two large groups so far: carto and carto tank users/Vivi Nova and Kanger users. Only time will tell.

BTW, the Lipton tea bag sucked.

I am an 11 month vaper and I primarily use clearomizers for my vaping needs. 'Stardust' and 'Vision' type clearomizers, exclusively. I also occasionally use cartomizers, (mostly Boge), for my vaping needs for certain juices which tend to melt or crack clearomizers.

I have not yet used, and likely will not be using the 'rebuildable' types of clearomizers as they are inexpensive enough to just throw away once they begin to fail around the 15-21 day mark. Remember: carts and clearos, no matter what kind they may be, are disposable items. They are not made to, nor meant to last forever. To be upset that they "only lasted 2 weeks" is a bit silly, IMO.

Just my two cents, I have tried just about every carto, tank , blue foam, atomizers, vv and countless other methods. This past January I got a bottom feeder from Vapage and it is by far the best most hassle free vape your gonna find. I don't work for them or anything like that, I was just sick of all the leaking tanks, cartos and the general hassle of filling, cleaning messes up and the constant maintenance of stated equipment. I have also shared this info with several close friends that used e cigs and cartos and they have switched to a bottom feeder also and are as happy as I am. Hope you find your sweet spot.

Totally agree with this, I got tired of all the leaks, filling hassles, etc. I love my reo mini's. the only thing I'm trying to figure out is what addy resistance works well with each flavor. Been gaping on and off for about 18 months so I would consider myself advanced nor an old timer.

Actually three groups. The drippers and RBA's are taking over the place.

I'm just glad we have choices.
Dripping is easy once you get the hang of it. The only time I'm not using a dripping atty anymore is when I'm driving.
I used carto tanks for a long time ... until I couldn't buy a good carto for the life of me, and believe me I tried. If Bogegate had hit and they were our only choice I'd probably be smoking again.

T2's are top coils. They come with short or long wicks. The coils are as cheap as $1.40 a piece.
I've used just about Every Type of Clearo out there. For me, Nothing beats a CE2 with the One Piece Mouth Piece Mod.

Top Coils give me the Hit I'm looking for. Now there are No Real Top Coils left. Only Mid-Coils and Bottom Coils.

    Hi Ricks,

I'd call them Mid-Coils. If I could use them without a Drip Tip, yeah... I'd call it a Top Coil.

Arn't too Many things that don't come without a Drip Tip. And the Farther the Coil is from your mouth, the Cooler the Hit.

The coil is just under the mouth piece, It can't be any closer to the top. What has a mid coil?

I guess it is all how one Defines Bottom, Mid and Top Coil.

When I look at a Carto, Where the Coil is in Relationship to the Carto is how I define if it is Top Bottom or Middle.

Since a CE4 or Viva or T2 can’t be used without a Mouth Piece, to me, the Coil is more in the Middle of the Carto than at the top.

Now here is a Top Coil in my book.

If that coil was any closer, it would be in my mouth.

Actually, the Coil IS inside my mouth when I take a Hit. LOL

Over nearly three years, I've gone from cartridge/atomizer to drip/atomizer to carto to carto/tank, and now to clearo--each a little better than the one before. I've lately been pretty well glued to the Kanger T2s. My initial purchase of them was horrible because the early mouthpieces were highly prone to crack and leak or fall off, but a redesign totally cured that and they seem pretty trouble-free. It may be that I make things easier for myself by not vaping anything more than 15% VG, and often 0% VG.

The only others I've tried are the Vision eGo V3s which I don't like as much (periodic spontaneous mouthfuls of liquid, and, imo, not as good vapor delivery).

In a way, it seems to me that clearos are like a nearly full circle back to dripping for me, but without the fiddling around of dripping. Vaping more or less the same amount as ever, I nonetheless seem to be using less liquid than I did with cartos by perhaps a fourth of more. Nicotine delivery likewise seems a bit better as well; I'm thinking of dropping my level down from 20 to 18mg.
