Hi Neezy, the capacities are listed for all the tanks on the FAQ page. The Halfling 22 is the least at about 1.2ml but it is also pretty dang cute.

Not too late to change your order and since you had the 25mm in there I agree that maybe you got too big of a tank unless you are just wanting a huge volume. Send me a note (PM here) or give us a call. Please let me know soon though because this will likely be ready to ship Tomorrow.

The 25mm is ~ 1" diamter, 22mm ~ 7/8" (same as the Provari tube) and the 19mm ~ 3/4" (same as the top of the Provari cone). Some folks prefer the 19s but The Mrs uses the 22s on hers. I dont have a Provari myself but I do have several other 18650 tube mods and I use the 22s too.

I go through about 3 to 4 ml a day and the 22 standard will just about do that for me, the Halfling I fill a couple times during the day if thats what I am using that day. We dont currently have the punched cartomizers for the Halflings so it is a punch you own deal. These are being made for us though and we should have them in the next couple of weeks.

One thing to remember is that you can use you caps on any length tube of the same diameter so if you find you want to use a different length cartomizer you can simply swap out the tube.

Sorry on the Glitter stuff, we had to revamp the way we were doing things because our volume got so out of control we could not keep up. The Offspring may well do some limited production retro tanks that harken back to IBTanked beginnings but we just cant produce most of that stuff any longer.

The Mini is the same, just a different tube length. Some folks like the tank to match the top taper of the cone and others like the larger tube that matches the body diameter. There are a few toppers out there to turn the provari into a flat top device if the taper bugs you. Myself, I would like to see it the same diameter all along but it really doesnt bother me.

Since these are imperial measurements that means they are #0** ASME orings that particular one is #014 so I will add it to my list and they will ship with the tubes. Like I mentioned you can adjust from there using the couple sizes low and even higher for a tight fit. Its possible that even our colored orings for the 19mm carto tanks would work since they are 9.5mm x 2mm, smaller diameter but thicker so they will stretch out. Eventually we will be adding more sizes to our colored line but it is so expensive because we have to buy stoopid quantities and pay to have a mold made in order to get them. It is one of those things that remain on our radar though because a lot of folks like to customize using them and they do look good with the glass.

Have not heard of any issue with the bevel, wish Mac folks (Manufacturer) would trim that out because it is kind of a pain to put into the glass and going even thinner would mean leaving so little on the edge, more QC culling and of course easier to chip the edge on the users end. That tube is only 1.5mm thick to begin with and we take about half of that out. I am game though if you want to give it a shot, just put it in the notes and I will trim out one a little further for you. mention the colored orings and The Mrs will toss a set in to see if they will work.

I totally see what you mean about the thickness of the glass vs. the deeper bevel. It's a bit of a gamble, but I'm game if you are.
I'll shoot you a PM before I place the order. Should be within the next few weeks.

Thanks again for everything!

PM sent! :) Thank you!
The Provari mini doesnt have different measurements than the larger version? A 22 will look just as good on a mini?
Mini is the exact same diameter as the regular ProVari - only difference is the length. I posted a pic that might give you an idea of what a 22mm tank looks like on a Provari in this post: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/e-cigarette-suppliers-forum/339809-do-you-fiddle-your-thingy-37.html#post10282238

On another note, I had a pleasant surprise today - had my PV/IBT outdoors in 110-degree heat all day, exposed to full sun part of the time. No leaks, no carto flooding, absolutely no issues (other than the fact that the aluminum drip tip got a little warm a couple times after sitting in the sun!). I've had some unpleasant "issues" in the past with other tanks/clearos from this summer Arizona weather, but was very happy to enjoy my vaping all day without any drama.

No Problem Koman.

Cactus, one thing I have noticed will be more likely to have troubles from heat or elevation change is a low tank. Air expands and contracts in both cases of temperature or pressure changes where liquid does not, at least not in an appreciable amount. One thing to think about is if you know you are going to be seeing these situations is you can invert your device. so the expanding air can escape out through the holes rather than forcing additional liquid into the cartomizer.

This isnt something I ever really see much trouble with so I just dont worry about it but it is good to understand the mechanics of what is going on.

OCD, loving my IBTipsy Rook. Got it with a 19mm XL tank w/matching aluminum caps (which I love too). But, I now need another rook in clear. The lines are perfect for the iGo-L...

Hey, thats sharp. You know all of the IBTipsys have the same diameter at the base so unless the Rook is it you could go with any of the styles and they would look like they were made for it.

Quite a few folks have tuned in to the stunning combination the IBTipsys provide with our caps.

Thanks for the tip! I started out with full tanks, so maybe that helped the situation. Whatever it was, I was sure happy to not experience the leakage, gurgling, etc. I've had to deal with using other devices. I'll definitely keep the inversion in mind if I'm out in the heat with a low tank (which will undoubtedly happen, as we've got about two months of 100+ degree weather left out here!)

Your weather is much like ours here. We are about 3000 feet so it helps a little but still high temps and dry clime. We have sagebrush and Joshuas all around. The pass between us and the nearest Home Depot is 2K' up then 3K' feet down the other side. Funny thing there is a tank will kind of flood then fix itself. The Mrs commuted that when she was on the job so thats what gave me the idea of turning the tank up when low.

Have to say none of that has been much bother to me even in those conditions. These are just things I know can present situations where physics come into play.

In a few weeks I'm traveling from where I live in BC down to seattle. I'm at 1100 feet and the highway summit is 4100 feet , then it's down to sea level. It's always annoying and stuff always floods and bottles leak. I'll probably be vaping an evod on the drive (don't drip and drive right ?) and I'm wondering if turning that upside down now and then would fix it or if the wick being there isn't going to let the air through.

Dont know how the evod works but if there is no liquid where it normally is drawn in then it seems to me that when the air in the tank expands it will not for any liquid out. In other words I would think if it floods one way changing altitude then inverting it should prevent the flooding.

On another not. I did finally get the Tiny Tank drawing to the shop. I prototyped it over the weekend and its, well, its Tiny :D In the Mini Mode using a 19.8mm Mini Carto the glass is only half an inch long. I did not get the volume measured but it will likely be less than 0.5ml. Certainly not for average vaping but coupled to an eGo 350 or 400mah battery it might just be the little pocket vape many would like to have for certain occasions.

The 35mm and 45mm should run just under 1ml and just under 1.5m though I wont know for sure until I get a chance to try them and take actual measurements. These tanks are so small that I had to design the caps a little differently. I also designed these specifically for use with IBTipsys. They can be used with any drip tip of course but they have a recessed area in the cap to fit the flange on the cartos we like. The IBTipsys will cover this on the top cap. I dont think it will cause any detrimental look to the tank with any other drip tip, just a depression in the cap.

The tubes are 15mm OD and the cap diameter is 0.0625 which will match the base of the IBTipsys. This giva a little bit of of overhang which I hope will proved some protection for the thin glass. The Glass used is 1.2mm thick yielding an ID of 12.6mm.

We will be putting these into production soon I hope so maybe by the end of the month the first parts will be coming in.

Sounds great. I plan on buying a Diver near the end of the month and a 14500 mech mod is on the wish list to go with it and one of these tanks.

Niterider, the Mini (Halfling) is different than the Tiny. I know this is going to trip up some folks but hopefully it isnt too confusing. Halflings use the Mini 19.8mm cartomizers and are short tanks. This is in reference to the length of the tube used Halfling/Standard/XL of any given diameter tube can be set up using the different length tube for those caps.

The Diver Tube we have on the site is between the length of the Standard and XL and we made it to suit those who are using that device. Currently we only have it in the 22mm diameter though we could certainly add that length tube in the other diameters we have caps for.

The Tiny Tank will be a new Tube sized added to the three we currently offer caps for once we get the caps for it. This tube will be 15mm OD 12.6mm ID and will fit all the same cartomizers in the caps so as long as the Diver is no larger than the cartomizers I dont see any reason why a Diver length tube could not be made for the Tiny Tank too.
