i usually just ask whatever establishment i am in if its ok to vape and if they dont know what im talking bout i explain it.
at college, i've just asked my professors and neighbors. if the prof says its ok but the other guys wong, i just move to the back corner.
of course the chem teachers were very cool bout it.

outdoors the most ive gotten is ppl ask if im vaping weed or smelling a marker.

Just found out that as of 2010 Ecigs became part of the indoor smoking ban in New Jersey. That's a joke if you ask me. There's more smog in Jersey air than anywhere in the country yet you ban a harmless vapor tssssk tsssk.
Yeah, New Jersey was the first, and they got their ban in before CASAA was fully up and running.
Since then, the only such bans that have passed are those that were under the radar.

That is why every vaper needs to join CASAA.
And why they need people in every state to be on watch for such legislation.

Anyone else find it ironic that the state that is most known for its factories fouling the air with all manner of toxic chemicals bans vaping indoors of all things?

DC2 is right, despite differences of opinion on the forums, joining CASAA and becoming active is important.United we stand, Divided we fall.

Utah did the same thing recently. I recommend you do what I do. Say frak-it and vape wherever you want. Maybe one day I'll run into a cop bored enough to say something to me but it hasn't happend yet.
