LATEST:

I bought a set of (5) 3.5ml CE2's (one was DOA) for my Pig Cig (808D-1). The clearomizers work awesome, but need to be cleaned every couple of uses. Found a couple videos on YouTube of how to "clean" them by pulling the tube off the base. All these videos show the individual attaching the CE2 to their battery (screwing it on) then gently wiggling it at the base of the CE2. Well, all of mine were so tight they didn't want to budge. At first I was afraid the tube would shatter or crack and cut my fingers. Then I saw another vid were the guy squeezed the tube to show that it is actually plastic (duh). So, I thought, heck I'll just really pull on it. I did. The batter pulled apart at the threads ripping the soldered wires off of the battery and the thread. I now have only one PV. : (

Cool and hip vid....makes it look easy peasy.... Cleaning clearomizer and Vaping in 5 min - YouTube - YouTube

NOT!

That sucks :(
I made the mistake of ordering a cheap battery charger. It fried one of my batteries. At $20 a pop for Kgo batteries, I learned my lesson.

So well said! Listen to what this "newbie" has to say as he is saying it straight. I received my first ecig as an Xmas gift two years ago. It was an 801. We were on a tight budget so I ordered stuff the cheapest way I could. I don't recommend this especially starting out. Once you get into the ecig habit don't make the mistake of just having "one analog". For me it was like being an alcoholic having just one drink. I was off and analoging again. Order high nicotine ejuice to start with, 24mg to be exact. This is what made a huge difference to me thanks to the advice of many here at this website. While I like the Smokeless Image ecig what also made the difference was buying a Joye Ego cart system. So smooth yet with the right throat hit. While it may seem to cost a bunch in the beginning to get the right system and ejuice combo, in the long run it will get you off analogs and thus be financially cheaper and oh so much more better for your health. Just my two cents worth. Vape on!

Don't be afraid to look into mods early on. They will save you in the long run and almost always provide a better vape.

I am looking at getting my 2nd PV - something that has a bit more umphhh to it. I have a eGo type Pig Cig (650mAh) right now. And, the MODS are very appealing. I've seen them for as little as $25. Of course that is with no VV and very scaled down, but still...as a second unit? Toying with it....

My latest in the journey of vaping. I ordered a couple of 15ml "sample" bottles from a vendor (won't mention cuz the misunderstanding) and they shipped it to my Billing Address - which is a large studio lot, so my order was lost "on arrival" when it hit the mail room with my personal name on it, rather than my company name. Anyway, I had about 25ml of a 24mg Mint eJuice I had ordered and did not like. Additionally, I went down to 18mg on my last order and realized my body likes that much better, no jitters and a better feeling throughout the day. So, I have been vaping the 24mg Mint for past week, while trying to figure out what happened with my lost order. Long story short, I have ordered from my original supplier - really wanted to try out the new supplier, in that they come highly recommended on this site, but oh well, $20 down the drain : (

Bottom line, keep EVERYTHING, even the eJuices you don't like. If I didn't have that I would have surely went back to some analogs to hold me over until I straightened this lost order out. Just received confirmation that my new order from my trusted supplier will be here Friday. Vanilla & my daily vape, Menthol. They also are sending me a new battery, since one from my starter kit failed - over the 30 day warranty, but they are still sending gratis. : )

For me, at this point, the 510 seems to be a decent fit. I don't want to trade "looks like an alalog" preference for longer life/less maintenance. Maybe at some point I will, but for now I'm good with my 510, 4 batteries, a XL battery, wall charger, USB charger and pass thru--well, I WILL be good once all my goodies arrive. lol
Happy vaping to all!!

whoa. that post was from 1/12 and I'm sitting here happily vaping on my new Stick from Ecigworkshop LLC. It is a beauty and I haven't had to fuss with a battery change for more than 7 hours. Stick mod = <3

Just ordered one for my brother who has been thinking about trying ecigs hope he likes it. Only price I have seen better was ordering straight from China for $25 but that didnt include a case.

I realized that after looking through all my receipts for all my mods, carts, tanks, juices, and diy juice stuff, i spent almost $600 in the one month that I have been vaping. So, I calculated that since 2 days after starting vaping, I quit the analogs at 1 1/2- 2 packs a day, with them fetching $8 a pack here in NJ, I have almost already hit the break even point. The one thing I have going for me is I have 3 tanks, 75 carts of various types/sizes, 470ml left of pre made juice, and 1.1 liters of materials to make more juice. Enough to last me an easy year. So, if I do not buy another thing (yeah right, this is fun too), I would have saved myself around $3500 at the one year mark.. So don't be stingy, spend the money. 19 years of analogs, after two days vaping, I don't want them at all. As of last week, I realized the taste's and smells I have been missing for half my life, and realize how bad I smelled with those dirty burning sticks.

One down side of stocking up is finding something better. I thought a good deal was buying attys in bulk for $5 instead of the usual $8, I now have 15 new attys left and found I like Fluxomizers better and have 5 or so boxes of Fluxos on hand and just ordered some Stone tanks to try.

Yep, there is a fine line between "stocking up" and overstocking. : /

Maybe sell those extra attys in the classifieds here, or gift them in the PIF section. : )

Heck Turbo, all you need now is a .com and you can probably start your own Vaping website with all the stock you have! : )
