Drew and Angie's XHalers

I promised Drew I would do a few of these for him and Angie. I took two of the Xhaler bodies and polished one and put a satin finish on the other. They are still bare aluminum and need to be covered with clear vinyl. The 801 and 901 caps along with the buttons have been carved and polished. I also added a diamond in one button and a light blue sapphire in the other.

As I mentioned in previous posts, I can do the fancy stuff but I will have to leave the painting to someone else. I don't have the expertise or the facilities to properly paint these to my satisfaction.

Very cool looking brass tips! If I could be without the use of my xhaler for a week or so, I'd send you my tips to polish and carve...that is so awesome

6" Swiss hand files, 200 to 1000 grit sand paper and an industrial buffer.

light blue Sapp could work

i think i may want to order a hole new unit from drew to have a nice matching body. right now i have the black vapor so i don't think that would match the gem....besides it doesn't hurt to have 2 Xhalers

Im goona have these clear coated and leave them Sharp and Pointy...I can have any custom graphics made but am still working on the details of exactly how to do it....
