An addiction that is Worse than nicotine addiction. Really, I'm not kidding, it is Worse.

We Must Have The New "________" (fill in the blank) that so and so is selling. You have enough gear & juice to last a year (or more), but this new "________", I have got to get that, it will just make things so much better or it looks so neat/cool.

E-cigarettes provide a pathway to buying more, an Addiction to reading ECF constantly (they got an app for that), an Addiction to checking the classes for that great deal 4 or 5 times a day (need an app for that), an Addiction to checking the suppliers forum to make sure you don't miss that Great Sale on the New Neat/Cool/Must Have "________" (fill in the blank).

Yes, I am Addicted, and my name is Burnie... :) and I'm guilty of All of the Above.

But I Would Not Change a Thing, just glad I (and Many of my Friends) are off the stinkies and vaping now.

Ah! I see
Third Stage Shinyitis: Frustration

and the final stage
Fourth Stage Shinyitis: Acceptance.

I'm only at 2nd stage- I need some more backups. Yes, I do. Really!

Oh well... vaping gear, computer stuff or guns... the wife is ...... at me for buying anything but vaping gear. So be it... I just bought a provari

I totally empathize with you. Vaping gear, computer stuff (really, anything with a circuit board) get me flack. Did I really need to buy that third mod (Vamo V5) and a few more batteries the other day? If I can at least must the will power for a few weeks, I can get that Provari and at least move on to other things.

Heck no, not me, dude. I'm 110% happy with my mods, 110% happy with my liquids, and the only major thing I have to purchase consistently is liquid and cartos. Eventually an external battery when it finally dies.

It's this rebuildable craze, yes it is, it's this rebuildable craze that has everyone buying the "latest new thing". I couldn't care less about anything rebuildable or DNA 20/30. I don't even possibly NEED nor WANT to vape at twenty or thirty watts. But that's just me.

We honestly can do nothing to help you if you're addicted to buying new gear. I mean, literally. Unless you actually want to physically hold you down and restrain you from clicking the purchase button. Or, we can just say, "Stop buying stuff."

Sure we can do something! Just hand over your credit and/or debit cards, and we'll take good care of them for ya!

I'm really new to all this, and all can say for absolutely sure that I'm glad I'm off the stinkies! Yes, I've bought a bunch of stuff trying to get a final setup I'm happy with, (thank you all for the great reviews & tips!) and juices that I like, but I hope that once I do, plus a backup setup, I'll ease off all the buying. Of course, I wouldn't bet the farm on that. It seems there's always something cool I just have to have. I call it the magpie syndrome, and I have it bad.

Since I quit smoking I have made more trips to the craft store than I ever imagined I would in my life. Most recently for super sharp scissors that cut through cotton balls like a samurai sword through...well everything i suppose. I've also been to harbor freight a lot more often.

It's not just the shiny, it's all the stuff to make the shiny, and the stuff to organize the stuff to make the shiny, and... ;)

Why is everyone so serious lately? Yes, this thread is kind of out there, but its clearly a joke.
Thank You :)

That won't work, I have all the numbers, exp., & security code memorized. I don't even look at my card when doing web orders, just type in all the numbers and click buy.
