I don't know what happened with you. But as a registered user as soon as I place an order the cart is automatically emptied. Then I make another order no problems.

I'm not sure why but when I place my order the cart remains full. Is it possible that it is a Safari problem from using the iPad? Also I've noticed that if I click add to cart it doesn't go there but if I then click proceed to checkout it goes immediately into cart. Usually I end up doing that each time. It's either operator error (me) or an iPad issue. I'm also a registered user and logged into my account?

Once again nothing but the finest in customer service. I called Vassils on Skype and he helped me take care of all problems. ESG is by far the finest vendor I have dealt with anywhere. I look forward to doing my business with them in the future. By the way he did suggest trying a different browser so maybe it will work better for me next time.

So, my last order from ESG got held up in US Customs, which was a bit annoying, but I could deal with it. NOW, I get a bill from FedEx for US $29.02 ($9.02 for "Duties, Tax, Customs, Other Fees" and $20.00 for "Brokerage Ancillary Service Fees"). What the heck!!! FedEx delays my package and then charges me for it!!! Has anyone ever received these charges and successfully fought them!?! I mean, come on, since when do I need Brokerage Ancillary Service!?! I don't even know what that is!!!

Or do you have to pay the bill first? I would call them and have them explain the bill to you in a way that you understand before paying. It could be an error on their part.

I got the package over a week ago. The bill just showed up today out of the blue. The bill of lading clearly stated it was e-cigarette parts with no liquid or tobacco. I've ordered things from all over the world: Moscow, Tokyo, Hong Kong, London, etc. and never have had this problem. So weird!!!!

I am Golden... Golden Greek that is. I have a GGTS I bought in 2013.... my first GG. and I ordered Just GG Top and Bottom caps to replace the GGTS caps. So now I can utilize the GGTS Top Cap parts. and wait for Imeo to make them again. i knew I made a great decision on going with GG products because they are modular and backwards compatible. Thanks Imeo keep making and I will keep buying. that is for sure.

the inside pieces of 4 in 1 connector are the same as inside of GGTS connector pieces so I will make them again guys but a little later. For now, you can put your GGTS inside pieces inside the 4 in 1 connector

Alaa yes you can and you need only the GGTS inside pieces because i have the old 4 in 1 not totaly naked

Yes Sad thats that is not normal but we had this issue in 4-5 customers the last 6 months.
I dont know why this happends in the US Customs.
I dont know if your order cost is over 100 us $ but if it is, maybe it is better to pay them this 29 $ because we have undervalue the cost.
Otherwise you have to pay a lot of money in the customs.
But it is happens now like i say 4-5 times from over 1000 orders now.
